Jim was able to fix and service our broken 1998 laser machine quickly and conveniently. Jim was able was able to accommodate us when we were in a real pinch. He is personable, easy to reach, and reliable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and explained simple steps to keep our laser equipment in working order. His knowledge and background of lasers in a variety of situations helped our situation.
