My appointment was at 8 am but I arrived at 7:40 to try and be the first one. Unfortunately there were about 6 cars in front of me. The gentleman that helped me was great! I wish I knew he name. He was very friendly and honest. He told me it would take about an hour to start working on my car and an additional hour to actually work on it. So I expected to wait at least 2 hours. My car was done and washed (I was not expecting that, is that the norm?) by 8:50! And they waived the $50 fee! So I left an hour early, with a clean vehicle, and paid nothing! I hope my future experiences with them are this great! :)

I had a weird scenario of wanting to pay for an oil change before the car was there and the service manager worked with me. Even gave me my military discount. Good attitude quality work fair price . He earned my future business

I needed a new key for my 2011 Endeavor. My service advisor was Brandon, he was efficient and very professional. The overall service was excellent! Worth the 1.5 hour trip for service.

Ive never had to wait over an 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. So it was a huge surprise to me to be waiting over 2 hours for a service I havereceived countless number of times. The staff is friendly but my time is valuable. 2 hours for something that can be done somewhere else for 30 is unacceptable.

I went to try an buy a car here because the one i had was breaking down on me all the time and the salesman asked his manager for help when the manager talked to me he said i would have to give them $20000 down or they would not be able to help me get what i wanted and when i said i dont have any down but i have trade-ins he rudely said well gentlemen have a nice day..... I went to another mitsubishi dealer the same day got the same car i wanted at the price i wanted to get no down payment and drove it off the lot that same day

I call ahead to ensure the Service Department can take my Mitsubishi Evo X for an oil change, I was told they can do it.I arrive, from Las Vegas, and the service techs tell me its going to be about 3 hours. The excuse... They all just got back from lunch & havent started servicing the other 5 vehicles

These guys are scumbags. They are crooked and a bunch of lying theifs. The price they quote you will change based on how much youre paying attention. They tried forcing an Extended warranty BS on me over and over again. They are pushy for sales and will prive 0 customer service. I told them this is what another dealer offered me the salesman said then go buy it over there. These guys WILL SCAM YOU. DONT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED. Go down to Hardin Mitsubishi in Anaheim theyre polite, courteous and are a high volume dealer (lowest prices usually). F. THESE GUYS.

So... for 3 years Ive been bringing my car here for service. Last appt was a freaking mess...took 5 hours for a brake install. The service manager called me personally and apologized. Told me my next service would be free... so today, I call to make an appointment and they tell me to just bring it in. I drive down from Big Bear and have to wait for the work... so Id like to make an appointment but they wont take one... just come in he keeps saying, obviously frustrated that I kept asking for an appt. Good thing my car is out of warranty now so I can just take my car anywhere else. Not impressed with the service here at all.

Always thought about putting a review but thought it was only for complainers until I seen posts that are identical to what happened to me with warrantys not being covered etc. Ive been changing my oil here since I got my Lancer in 2012 with no miles. Now Im at 58k and have changed my oil there every 5k miles. I got it done yesterday and they told me it would take 3 hours to change my oil.. (3) hours to do a job that takes 30 minutes. I get picked up and come back to pay and the price was raised from 49.99 to 64$. I asked about it and they said the prices went up. I also asked if they can wash my car as they did for the past 4 years and he said they no longer wash cars anymore. So basically you are paying more as they do less. Service was great when they had the other manager Art or Manny I forgot the name but now that Craig Kemerer is manger with these changes, I wont be coming back here again.

Do not buy from this dealership or have service work done there. They are a bunch of theives and scam artists when it come down to warrenty work and evetything else. I had multiple thing go wrong with my brand new evo x with 6k miles on it and they refused to warrwnty some things saying the driver abuse voids warrenty. To this day i still dont know how i abused the entirely stock vehicle and they scammed me out of 1800 dollars of what was supposed to be warrenty work. I even had a dent on my bumber the day i bought the car from them and was told they woukd fix it and now they deny seeing this dent and refuse to fix it. Its all about putting money in the techs pocket and moving cars through as fast as possible. They promise you the best service and yet scam and ignore you. My vehicle was in the shop for over 30 days while they played thier games and when i got it back it still doesnt drive right and the transmission feels like its about to go out. Terrible. Again i recoment buying and servicing elsewhere such as puente hills because puente hills charges 500 less for the same thing san bernadino did for me. Thats proof of scam artists right there. I hope the gm sees this message and contacts me to help me change my mind about this dealership. On a side not i spoke to corporate and they said thwir hands are tied and these issues all revolve around the dealership GM and that he is the decision maker. The only decision he is making is to put thousands of scammed dollars into his own pocket.

SERVICE Department and San Bernardino Mitsubishi. A++++ Service. Thanks Brian. I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer - The service was great got an appointment within a day from calling for transmission service, check engine light and had 4 warrantee repairs which got taken care of in 24 hours. Brian the sevice person took care of me through it all and kept me updated on repairs with exact time estimates. No BS from Brian and San Bernardino Mitsubishi service department and did not do any uneccecary repairs. They are great. Thanks Brian and the San Bernardino Mitisbishi Team. You are awesome. Unlike Riverside Mitsubishi who Told me that an appointments was WEEKS away San Bernardinos Team got me in within a day and out the next. 5 major repairs and 24 hours. Get your car servciced here. Not too many Mitsubishi dealers around theses guys are the BEST.

I made an appointment a month in advance to allow for a specific part to be ordered. When I dropped off my car they could not fix it because they gave the part to someone else. I talked to the manager and rescheduled. The second time I dropped off my car they still did not have the part. Something that should have been fixed the first time took three tries.

Ordered a small part and they overcharged on shipping. 20$ dollars and 4 days later the part is still not shipped because its coming from warehouse to warehouse. .2 stars out of 100

If you do not have a good credit and many references do not go as far as possible to grant you a credit they also do not give you all the information you need for a procedure
