Long Parts line, but was served very well, I unfortunately forgot his name, but was very helpful. Brenda at the clothing department was extremely helpful,since I was pricing for some Klim Kodiak pants to match my jacket that I bought last year. She helped me to determine my sizing, and was very nice to work with me.

Everybody was very very friendly and super helpful..however they were also very understaffed. Seriously an hour and 5 mins in line for boots and helmet...when you have people spending that amount of money you should be staffed for it...it wasnt even really busy..shame on you management! One star for poor management.5 stars for the helpful employees.

The salesperson was unaccomodating and not well informed about any processes. I felt no real effort was made to complete any sales and the amount of wait time for the salesperson was unreasonable as he tried to handle too many customers,even though there was plenty of staff on hand.

They do not work on motorcycles more than 10 years old. Prices are high. I strongly recommend that you do not go here.

One stop shop has all your mx needs

Every time I go to the parts or service department the employees are the most rude people ever. Make one little mistake in terminology and they treat you as if you are stupid. Like bro I get it yours is bigger than mine no need to flaunt it, chill out and help a brotha out instead of trying to bring me down. No wonder why Action sports are dying the people left just want to make everyone else feel bad about them self.

Fast, caring and official

Looooooooooooooooong lines. But I did get some atv tires for internet prices. And never think you are going to get in and have your tires changed fast. I get my tires there and have a tire shop remove and replace them otherwise youd be at their store all day lonei.

They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from and cycling gear which is great. However, their customer service is not great and this is based on four separate occasions. I have been here several times to give them the benefit of a doubt but I’ve only had one good experience with a sales representative. Otherwise, the employees are rude and it seems that their customer service is not a priority. This is based off experiences of returning a item, purchasing items as well as looking at their selection to add to my fleet of motorcycles.

So I arrived at here to get an oil change. I’ll give you the quick run down so you don’t have to read a whole essay. So Basically their speed here is pretty evenly matched with the Norco dmv so where talking here turtle to snail speeds on a good day. An oil change will run you about $189. The only good thing here is the workers are actually really friendly.

Service always does a great job. Service advisor Tim is always friendly and helpful.. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is their service prices are high.

No part and no bikes and long wait times

Called this place to give them my business. My Yamaha vstar is an 05. They simply denied me because it is over 10 years old and they dont touch anything older than 10 years. Great!! Good size motorsport dealership, sure it has a good size service department... But they declined it.

They refuse to work on older motorcycles. They only want the easy money.

Good selection.

Never got back to me about a part. Nobody looks happy here.
