I found this place at the top of the list via a quick Google search. The owner was quick, professional, polite, and honest! Probably the best muffler/exhaust shop in the I.E.We brought our lunch and didnt even finish our food before he was done! Quick, efficient, and quality all in one. We did a muffler delete and twin tips; it sounds awesome! Definitely go to this shop!

I went for a Smog check (first one as I am new to California) at another shop and was told I had an aftermarket catalytic converter and it didn’t have a serial number and even though my vehicle passed otherwise, they failed my smog check for a “tampered cat.” They told me I could not pass until I got a new cat. This didn’t sound right to me, but I needed to find a muffler shop and get it sorted before I could get a smog certificate. I google searched and found Brian Mufflers right from the parking lot of the smog shop. I called them and they said my catalytic converter was $900. For my car they are expensive but his price was still cheaper than other places. I asked if I came right away, could he check for me if I needed a new one. He said yes. I drove straight over and he looked at my car immediately. The smog shop was mistaking my resonator for the catalytic converter. Brian Mufflers called the smog shop, told them I still had my original cat, helped me to take a photo to show them, and gave me the info I needed to go back and get my smog certificate. I know the difference between a resonator and a catalytic converter, but I didn’t know what the smog guy was looking at, and I am not the original owner of my vehicle. However before I moved here I did have the exhaust replaced- everything back from the cat, so I knew something wasn’t right about what the smog guy had told me. Brian Mufflers could have taken my $900 and done the work, but they didn’t. They were honest and told me that was too much money to spend for something I didn’t need, and sent me on my way. If I EVER need any work done to my exhaust, you can believe I will be coming right back to Brian Mufflers. Honest people, friendly service. They saved my day and saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this shop.

The best ive ever witnessed. And thats an understatement. I thought I was going to be waiting all day for my car to have its work done, and they told me about a couple hours is when it would be finished..Within 30 to 50 min of dropping my car off I was called and the car was ready. Ive never encountered such professional work done so fast and done so flawless looking. I was extremely impressed and will only go here when having work done for my cars exhaust and mufflers.

Came in to replace my muffler with a performance cat-back exhaust that I bought online. Brians dad (forgot his name, he was the manager), did an excellent job and I cant be more happy with the result. He made a custom gasket because the one supplied did fit the exhaust, but not the car. Everything was finished within 1.5 hours for a good price. Recommend this place.

I called for an estimate to remove some bolts from an exhaust manifold. I was told, I dont do those kind of things. So I guess they dont do exhaust work at this muffler shop lol.

I am very, very, happy with the work done on my 1985 Oldsmobile Royale. I went in for a muffler and once my vehicle was up Manuel called me over to see what the problem was. It was a good size hole in the muffler.I kid you not, my vehicle was ready within half an hour and the price was unbelievable. It was $160.00 dollars less than some of the quotes I received prior . I would most defiantly recommend this shop

Excuses excuses. came here the first time and was refused service said he cant do that he cant do this blah blah blah even though he wasnt doing anything. came back again for second time after several months for another service and he was still not doing anything just standing at the corner I showed him whats need to get done and he has got the same excuses I cant do that, I cant do this, I dont have that, my thing is not working, no no no no. I just laughed cause I knew I was going to get refused again. I went there cause I always see the shop empty. now I know.

I was able to be seen right away. Did a great job changing my Cat Conv. And adding a flange all for 80.00. changing the Cat Conv actually blade my car shift softer!!! Amazing!!!

Excellent, fast service. Manuel was friendly, knowledgeable and used a quality catalytic converter. Previous muffler shop ( name starts with an S located on corner of Baseline/E street) installed wrong converter twice(size/quality)

Called over the phone and explained my problem...needed new catalytic converter and to change up and downstream sensors....i further explained i bought my own parts and had trouble swapping them out...the gentleman told me he would not only take care of me but quoted me an affordable price without attempting to gouge me like most other shop guys would...scheduled the appointment, took it in, 30 minutes later he had my car up and running great like nothing happened....also replaced for free a miniscule part that wasnt provided with my order.....Nevertheless.....Outstanding service, speedy and accurate attention to detail, fair price, and best of all friendly people....i would highly recommend to anyone with exhaust issues, need it done quick and right....PS car still rolling like a champ...
