This is a great store! Luna and another sales associate were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my dry scalp issue!! Both women were super friendly and both were exceptionally patient with me and all the questions I had for them!! I am grateful for those two!! San Bruno Sallys is the way to go!!

This Sally’s is great when I see Catherine huge shoutout to Catherine she is the BEST !! she helped me before in the past, she knows the merchandise very well ! I came in this week I got the new unicorn hair dye she recommended I LOVE IT IM IN LOOOOOVE ! Very vibrant with the pink fetish. I will definitely be back! Thank you Catherine girl

Have been having issues with the Sally’s rewards and the associates here are the least helpful of all the Sally’s I’ve been to. Drove here to get something with a reward I got and they wouldn’t honor it. Don’t recommend. The girl (manager who is Latino and a bit overweight - trying to describe her because idk her name) was extremely rude and not understanding either. Don’t bother with this Sally’s. Time waster & extremely rude to customers. At least the manager at the Daly City store was able to fix it (she told me the manager from this store called her to complain about me) way to be protective and customer focused 🙄

This location is almost always sold out of reasonably priced acrylic supplies. Theyve been out of every monomer under $8 per oz for a week. You would think that items that sell quickly would be ordered in higher volumes to keep them on the shelves between shipments, but no. I said Im not paying seventeen dollars for a tiny bottle of monomer! aloud and one of the girls had the audacity to say its actually sixteen as though sale tax doesnt exist. I experienced an employee refusing to refund unused hair coloring products many years ago and it seems like they havent raised their employee standards. Ill be taking my business to other Sallys locations, thanks.

I grew up in a time when customer service meant something. When a customers awkwardly awry questions were met with a smile as opposed to excessive heavy sighs and eye rolling. Cat and her sister, the assistant manager (I am so sorry that I forgot your name), figured out what customer service is all about. These girls answered all of my questions and got me set up with exactly what I needed. They were completely relatable like your favorite cousins at a family reunion. Thank you so much ladies! I hope your managers are reading this!!!!

I was looking for some thin brushes and razor blades and as soon as I find them one of the employees out loud ask please dont go back there the blades were behind the counter... Im to fkn grown and to educated to be trying to drill anything... I was going to make a purchase but after her rude ass comment I just left, theres other ways of telling people that to not go back there for instance excuse me sir do you need help worst Sallys experience Ive ever had

Regarding the San Bruno store, the older Hispanic woman is Clueless and Rude, she either does not know what she is talking about or she doesnt speak and understand English... The other younger girl was very nasty with me and looked bothered. I would not come back here with the bad attitudes to their customers! they were uneducated on hair products by the looks of their Own!

Older lady rude and they dont open on time, OMG its 10:25 am and still closed store OPENS at 10:00 am can I get my money back on my reward card ugg.. Several people left and lots people waiting. Corporate office needs to do something not happy

While some of the younger girls that work their and actually do do their own hair color know what they are talking about, there is an older white lady that doesnt know as much as she pertains to know. I followed her instructions 4 times and each time she was flat wrong. My hair color turned (4) different colors so I went somewhere else and I got the color that I wanted. When I went back to Sallys, she was so happy that she had given me great instructions. I told her that she had nothing to do with my new color and that someone else had given me the right instructions, but she was still determined to take credit for something that she had nothing to do with. Their something not right about her. Even though I was told that she generates alot of business, I feel its betrer to send customers away happy and not ticked off and in rears. I was literally in tears when I returned back to Sallys after I had followed her instructions but I missed her a few times as I was going to tell her to go fly a kite. When I did show her my hair color back on her onstruction, it was a bright pink plum and the color I was going for was a dark purple. The two colors are iff, way off. At another time it was black. I rarely go to Sallys anymore but to pick up hair gel. Bad bad customer service by a lady who thinks shes still a teen with hair extensions that she claims are strands of her own real hair!!

The Employees are awesome but the manager is horrible if you are African American i highly recommend to not apply i was picked on by the manager and quit I reported the situation too the district manager and it got worst .

Generally good, the goods are not uniform. And the waiters in the store are not good. Ignore it. It’s really bad business store. I don’t know what to ask. According to my own way, so many places and visit the company. I think this is an operating store that is too bad for my unexpected service. I hope that the boss will adjust the service attitude of the employees. Thank you 🙏
