Clean store. Very organized. Lots of craft options. Impressive selection. I bought yarn. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is my local go-to spot for anything arts, crafts, or supply related. They have pretty much anything I have needed for various projects. Ive even had a few pieces of art framed here and they did a really good job with those. The line can be a little long and it isnt always easy to find an employee though.

I love that they send me coupons in my email. Its nice to just run in and not have to order through Amazon for a better deal. Thanks.

This location is large, but understaffed, and not well stocked. Still found all the things we needed. There are seamonkey type things in the back by the yarn 😎

Good selection of Christmas ribbon and some accessories. Still early if looking for Advent candles or Christmas candles. Do have good greenery w/berries, havent been picked over yet. Not too crowded either. Floral supplies were very sparse though!

Sydney in the framing section was super helpful, patient and friendly and her recommendations and enthusiasm made it a great experience.

The person at the door was very friendly. I think it was the manager. She was not friendly at all. I felt like she didnt want me in her store.I would never go back. The restroom was clean.

They are always stocked and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. I always get lost and end up with items to start another project lol! The parking lot is huge the store is always clean fully stocked they have a restroom towards the back wall its clean too!

Great store with lots of stuff you cant get anywhere else in the area. Highly suggest you try to catch a sale because their sales are typically big discounts and the items can be a bit pricey without the sale price. The staff is super helpful too so if you have questions be sure to ask someone.

I am really disappointed they lack any kind of fabric/sewing supplies available. They carry some Notions and some quilting fabric. The Walmart in Foothill Ranch has a small, but useful sewing fabrics and Notions. More than a craft store surprises me.

Great supplies, but hard to find someone to help you. I wandered around for quite some time and could not find anyone that wasnt already at the register. It was fun because its Michaels and crafts are fun, but still would have preferred some help.

Michaels is a craft store staffed by crafty people. This is what I expected of a craft store and it was met! Beyond that, we have been going here for quite some time now and know most of the young folks that work there by way of the crafts and projects they host for kids (which we LOVE doing by the way). Everyone we know there is always kind and generous with their time, if not beleaguered from their trials in brick-and-mortar retail. The minus one star is because they have fallen victim to this ridiculous practice of lining the check stand aisle with candy and small toys and trinkets. For the typical adult with a modicum of self control, its fine. For parents with small children, it can be tough, depending on the child of course. My preference would be to just do away with it, and I cast my vote with my 4-star review of an otherwise fun place to visit.

Almost anything you need for your art work and creative projects is in that place! And the staff is very kind and helpful

Very friendly. I had some questions on the canvas sizes available and she was very helpful. They also had some great discounts on art supplies. It was on black friday weekend so everybody had discounts, but Michaels had some useful supplies on sale.

Location of this Michaels is a little off the beaten path, but overall its an updated store with everything you need.Fairly quiet shopping center, do parking isnt an issue. Easy in out of parking lot

Lots of artsy stuff for crafty people like myself

I am a Michaels member. This is a good store and great place to unwind. Check out wait was lengthy. Either then that it was a great time. I did not use the restrooms so I am unable to state how they are.

Love the products. Its hard to find an associate sometimes if you have questions but everyone is very friendly and helpful if you can find them.

Too pricy, no more fabric, which is why I went there in the first place, and someone hit the front of my drivers side just behind the drivers headlight.They do have a lot of craft related material, but in my humble opinion it wasnt worth the money they were asking.

Staff was obsequious. Couldnt answer simple questions regarding product location, none had personal experience with arts and crafts. If they paid more, maybe the staff would be more experienced and helpful.

I am NOT a artsy-craftsy kind of guy but came in here to get something my wife wanted me to pick up for her before Christmas. The last thing I wanted was to bring home the wrong stuff and the staff was very helpful spending a bunch of time with me despite a really busy time.When I entered the store there were maybe five people waiting to check out. Good. Get in, get out! By the time I finally got what I came for the line had grown to around 20. Uh-oh!But they had a lady scanning items at the back of the line so when I got to the register I just presented the scanned receipt and checked out in seconds. Very cool!

This store has so much to offer when it comes to crafts and hobbies I can stay in here for hours the assistant from the employees was great the lighting was great I can get lost in the store so many ideas and so much crafts for the season coming

I always come here for art supplies. They usually have everything I want and also have things at a decent price since I use coupons. Theres also sales alot of the time.

Beyond rude management, had a family member work at this location and was treated poorly and discriminated against because of her personal family issues. yes they do deliver fast service at the register but its more them trying to get you out the door so they dont have to deal with you any longer then they have to. majority of the employees are usually in a poor or agitated mood and give attitude when asked for help or have a question about a certain product. the main manager is also very unapproachable and acts as if she cant stand her job. rather drive to mission viejo to get craft supplies its that bad.
