I just read the 2 star review left by another customer and had the same experience when Ive reached out to an employee via his cell phone. If you call Chris the owner or call the office...all problem get resolved. They are super amazing, helpful, efficient, clean, friendly etc. Cant say enough good about these guys.

After a clean job inside and out, we had some changes We wanted to make. I have called and texted numerous times over the last 6 Months....no response. Twice We even had appointments set and no one showed. No rescheduling or apologies. No follow up.I’m really disappointed as the crew was very nice and did a good job....but when a customer has to BEG for someone to come back to add more speakers and give them more business, they now have lost my endorsement.

Aaron and his team are great .Reasonable and high end work .the level of detail and obsession on wiring, labeling, and detail is second to none. We have used for all our av needs .
