I have used Universal Press several times for my proposals that I am submitting. I sell to government agencies, so everything needs to be exact.Universal Press has:1. always gotten everything back to me quickly, which is great because we are always racing against deadlines2. accurately followed my print instructions (which are quite detailed)4. always provided good quality, everything looks great when the job is completed5. always charged a very fair priceI would recommend Universal Press to anyone that needs their printing done!

Terrible quality. My business cards came back with fuzzy lines and the black wasnt even black. I had done test prints that came out great before coming here.Mary was very rude and acted like it was my fault they turned out so bad, even after she admitted to exporting the PDF as a TIFF before printing (this is most likely what caused the pixellation/fuzzy lines).To cap it all off, she made me pay for this garbage, so I get to throw them away in my own recycling bin. Dont bother with this place.

Awesome service!! Very friendly and super fast! Always appreciate the quick turnaround. Mary is easy to work with. Just email her a pdf file and pick it up later in the day!

Really bad. Dont get back to you after email job several times. When I called, they were extremely rude and didnt have time for us at all. We have ordered several jobs from them, but wont again. We are a San Clemente company, so we try to keep business local, but when service is like this, you have to move on to someone that is capable of handling multiple jobs at once.
