Taylor was absolutely phenomenal... she was helpful, offered suggestions, exhibited recognizable kindness and patience during our shopping experience. I wanted to hire her by the time we were done buying a pair of sun glasses for our teenage son. Excellent job Taylor at the San Clemente Outlets store location.

San Clemente Sunglass Hut is the only not place I purchased my high in sunglasses. They have a great selection. And their employees are very helpful and kind. They also give great discounts. I always have a great shopping experience. They are the best!!

The employees at this location need to be trained better. They have no idea what they are doing.

We came to San Clemente for our summer vacation. We went kayaking today and lost our sunglasses in the ocean. We needed to pick up some sunglasses to get us through the rest of the week. Knowing the stores close at 8pm, we hurried to Sunglass Hut and got there at 7:50PM. The doors were already locked and the employee stared at us while we tried to open the door. The employee simply looked back down at his computer and ignored us. We had no intention of keeping the store open past 8PM, we just needed to grab some sunglasses to get us through the week. Working in the service industry we completely understand closing hours, but to close up 10 minutes early and literally decide to ignore potential customers seems a bit ridiculous. Im sure the store owner would have liked an easy sale. We will not be back to this location.

We were on vacation and my boyfriend stepped on his ray vans sunglasses. He wasnt able to wear them so we stopped at this sunglass hut. The girls there adjusted the nose peice and frame and were very helpful. Great customers service.

Very nice store, the staff is so nice, they took their time with my husband till he found the best fit for him. They didnt rush him at all which is what I feel sometimes with some other stores.

I’m posting this on behalf of my wife who told me about her rude experience with a manager. Without pointing fingers and explaining our incident in detail, I would not recommend purchasing/returning/doing business at this location.

When me and my friends first walked in the store we didn’t get a warm welcome as the associate trying to sell to us was being more rude than charismatic, I kept saying I didn’t want to buy anything and they continued to push me with information

Terrible they sold me some glasses and when I got home they were scratched, I went back for two cheers to change them and they refused to do it. I feel cheated, be very careful with your purchases here.
