Small commissary that only military personnel, retirees or qualifying veterans can access. Very clean and convenient when visiting the marine base via Basilone Road.

Doesnt really have much of what I am looking for so I save money (thats a good thing right?), but its clean and the people are great.

Everytime I go here at least one of the items purchased doesn’t match the advertised price. And I end up getting swindled into paying more than what I agreed to

Has the basic needs like a small town grocery store. Maybe even a shocking item or two you normally wouldnt find in your Ralphs or Frys.

So cool to have a commissary so near to to the campsite. Limits the amount of food we have to bring from home.

The cashier was very kind and accommodating.

Its great if you wanna just grab something small they dont have a big selection.

If you are a military person this is a wonderful place to shop. You get such good discounts on things like olive oil and other items that would cost almost double in a regular Supermarket I love shopping there.

This is an OK place to get a few quick items. Its not always possible to do a full grocery run here though, due to the quality of the produce. Ive purchased several things only to get home and find out they were expired or bad. For pantry, cleaning and personal care items, the prices are terrific. Also for any type of packaged or frozen food the prices are good. But for very fresh produce and good quality meat, I shop elsewhere. You also will find very limited (if any) quantities of organic produce and meat - weird because the commissary on the south side of base has a good selection.

Theyre definitely low on items at the moment, so get in while you can. Overall, theyve responded well to the current climate however.

Love the commisarry, just wished it opened earlier, like 9am. We always find good meats here, but they dont restock them throughout the day so the earlier you get there the better selection.

We havent been inside in decades but the prices are still probably good.

This is a small commissary with limited selection of groceries, but all of the basic essential items are available. Getting in is easy and theres plenty of parking. Getting out is a little more difficult if youre turning left onto Basilone Road.

Good option for North CPMCB not as well stocked as main commissary but less crowded.

I am so glad to have this commissary where it is. It provides a needed place for not only active duty, but retired in a heavily populated area. Simply wonderful asset for us.

My go to stop on the road to Pasadena. Great place to get something to eat and drink.

People there are always friendly, but since its a small Commissary the food items are somewhat limited.

Neat and maintained, the employees are friendly, and I have always preferred this commisary. Its not as large as the mainside commisary, nor does it have the selection but for what its lacking it makes up in customer service.

One of the nicest recreation sites at the beach. Still under construction in places but a reasonable stay and wonderful surfing, boarding, swimming etc.
