Billy and his team are as good as it gets. He has always taken great care of my familys dirtbikes and my street bikes as well. I emailed him one night that I had found a particular tire for my street bike that other shops were unable or unwilling to bring in for me. Within minutes, after hours, he emailed me back saying he could get those tires for a great price and to bring my bike in the next day. He delivered on his promise, he and his guys did a great job, and I would not trust anyone else to work on my bikes.
Amazing customer service. I was on my way back to Los Angeles from San Diego and hit something on the freeway that dented my rim and gave me a flat. The owner Billy picked me up right away and brought the bike in. They were able to replace the rim as soon as it was shipped in, but billy went above and beyond, even giving me a ride to and from the hotel I stayed in.
Billy was the best but this location is unfortunately closed now. Billy has shut down. :(
If you are looking for great service from people you can trust call Nicoll Racing! I went riding a few Saturdays ago and while riding my motor on my CRF 450 started sounding odd. Immediately I turned it off and headed home before I ruined my engine. I could find a local shop here in Aliso Viejo so I started searching the web and found this Nicoll Racing on line and gave them a call, I spoke with Billy the owner. He told me to bring it in and they would tear it down and find out what was wrong with it at No Charge. I thought that sounded great so, I loaded it up and took it over to Billy. Turns out something came loose inside the lower end. I picked it up 4 days later and was riding the next day! Bike runs and sounds great, Billy even did a few things extra to it at no charge. I would defiantly recommend this shop.
They are cool people, probably real good with dirt bikes. But they serviced my fz6 and 3 out of the 4 times Ive gone to them there has been a problem with their work. First they charged me for a problem they couldnt solve, so I fixed it myself and had to bicker with them that they didnt fix it and that I did. Secondly, one of my bikes headlights went out a week after they charged me $40 to do some simple wiring work. Third, my fork seals broke and I brought in the exact oem parts to get it fixed. They charge me $17 for fork fluid, and a $5.50 hazardous waste fee, on top of the $90 labor charge. The worst thing is, I just had to take it back in because it was leaking again, worse than before. all over my front brakes while I was riding. Im very disappointed with nicoll racing and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Hopefully their service with dirt bikes is better, but as far as street goes, Im never going back.
