Charging $3.75 for a “Loaf of Garlic Bread” and receiving this was really disappointing. Was not even close to what you would think a loaf would be and on top of that the bread was stale!!! I mean really? Are you that cheap that you can’t provide a decent loaf of garlic bread for $3.75? (There was 1 more piece that I took a bite of and threw it away) So disappointed.
Just got our order. First time we have tried Surfside. Classic pizza, meatballs w/sauce and this amazing bread covered in cheese. So glad hubby ordered- he overdid. Really really good sauce & crust. Really nice guy delivered and everything is hot. Yes. Go there!!
We absolutely love this place! Everything is amazing, but you have to try the deep dish pizza. It takes around 45 minutes to prepare, so plan accordingly. It is absolutely worth the wait! We met the owner, Ken tonight and he was great and so friendly!

As a kid from Chicago reared on the best pizza in the world, I can tell you this place was worth the random stop. Certainly cured my pizza fix and the Supreme was one of the best tasting pies I have had in California in the last couple of years. Great job yall and thank you from the bottom of my belly.
Yum Yummy! Perfecto my antipasto salad. So I’m doing Keto and this salad is 100 compliant delicious and filling. The people here are nice and it’s clean. To top it off I got to eat outside with the beach breeze!

It was great. They have a great lunch special. A big piece of pizza, salad and a drink for $6. The pizza was hot and fresh. They have a great menu. They have different specials on different nights. I will definitely be going back!
My family and I are tourists and we’re looking for a good place for dinner. We heard about this place and had to try it! We waited about 45 minutes and they delivered directly to our hotel for a very good price. The pizza was amazing some of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!!!!

Had 2 of the regular dough pizzas. the dough is decent, cheese was not great, certainly not comparable to east coast pizza. a bonus was that they had vegan cheese and also the dessert cookies were really rich and delicious.

We got the supreme stuffed crust pizza, the gluten free veggie, a cheese pizza and Greek salad. The pizza was amazing. Lots of flavor. Best gluten free crust I have tried yet! The salad had crisp lettuce and the veggies were crunchy (always important)!! Awesome pricing when staying at the Riviera Shores Resort; we got a 20% discount by staying here on our food.

Played 18 holes at Shorecliff the sat down for a pie. The extra large pepperoni fed 3 of us and was really good. Will definitely return the next time I play.

The pizza is good,salads and wings too. The owner really needs to clean it up and organize the business. Either they are a dine in restaurant or takeout. Right now there is no attraction that would want you to eat there. The dining room is a mess and unorganized. Bottom line it is 20lbs of #÷/& in a 5lb bag. I will say the employees are always welcoming. Oh yes, small patio dining.

I went in to the restaurant to place an order to go. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who took my order. I ordered a suggested pizza that was good. I ordered bone in hot wings, but got home to find boneless in the bag. Aside from the order being incorrect the food was good.One thing that bothered me was seeing the owner drive up and park in the handicapped parking, unload a pizza box and then go into work and left the car there. Having helped someone in a wheelchair and know how much they need those spaces it frustrates me to see a business owner abuse that privilege. There was no special plate our plaque to indicate the driver was authorized to park there.
Order 2 sandwiches wait 25 minutes for them and they made 1 didn’t apologize nothing so I was just ticked off and left will not go back
We randomly found this wonderful pizza place heading back to Anaheim from Carlsbad. I searched for pizza and this place popped up so we thought wed try it. Im glad we did! The pizza was great and the service was wonderful.

This place was amazing the pizza is fresh and nice but the thing is the pricing we got a wExtra large pizza and the employee said it had 10 slices and it cost $17 and when we got it it only had 8 slices and they still charged us $17!

This is the best pizza ive ever had hands down! The sauce at this place is so delicious! You can tell they make everything from scratch. So it does take a little while to get your food but definitely worth it! And the staff is really nice also!
Worst service ever. Waitress could of been a robot and I could of received a hello, how was your meal or thank you for coming. I was greeted by whats your name? We ordered a pizza and salad and she forgot the salad and said she gave it to the another table. There was only 2 tables in the whole place. I had to go to the counter to get our check. She couldnt find it then handed me a piece of paper and said out loud the total. She ran my CC I signed it and left. No response nothing. The pizza was thin crust over cooked. Place is a joke.

Passing through from Whittier and found this small pizza joint. Read reviews and thought we’d give it a try. The cauliflower crust pizza here is really good it taste better than the one at CPK. Avoiding carbs is so easy with this pizza. I loved it. The staff was cool.

Recently moved to San Clemente and have been looking for a new pizza place. Finally found one! The first reason Ill be back: Scosh was very patient and friendly. I had lots of questions and requests and he took the time to find the best option for me. The second reason (if I could make something 1st twice I would): The pizza is delish! I ordered 2 mediums.. BBQ Chicken and pepperoni. They disappeared way too fast. Get a large, its worth it!
Meh!I was in the mood for fettuccine Alfredo so i thought Id give them a shot. After waiting a while the manager came over to let me know it was taking so long because they were _defrosting_ the pasta.I was hungry and it was edible, thats about if.
Friendly, love the pizza - we tried one style, 2 kind - Margarita and the Surfside - yummy! No wine or beer - a few tables inside; a few out. Well be back to try other pizza styles, or pasta - or sandwiches!

Driving around the new neighborhood on the way to another Pizza joint (craft your own style place) and saw the Surfside Pizza Sign.REVIEW: I looked up on Yelp to see the review and saw that this place was new. I decided to go back and boy Im happy I did. I felt like I was 20 again walking around Roma looking for the cool place to eat.CRUST: We ordered the Everything or Supreme on the Hand Tossed Crust. My wife wanted the super thin as we usually get, but I was HUNGRY and wanted a little bit more. So we compromised (thats why we have been married for 24 years) and got the next thinnest option from the four available. The crust reminded me of my favorite pizza crust I had in NY, LOVE IT.TOPPINGS: When you order the Supreme you expect everything. Usually one or two of the toppings are average and the rest are pretty good. However, EVERYTHING was AWESOME. The sausage was not rubbery like others, the pepperoni was nice and spicy, the red onions were sweet, and to my surprise, they added both black and green olives. The salty taste of the green olive was an unexpected delight. As in Roma or anywhere else, I never ask a cook to change the recipe because I figure the chief designed the dish to their liking. However, if I saw green olives on the menu, I would have asked them to remove it (not a big fan). But WOW, glad I did not because it complimented all the other toppings perfectly.SERVICE: Great folks, nice, gave me tons of options, and explained the 30 pizza option. We would have eaten there but we wanted a beer at home so we got the pizza to go. So my review on service was for a to go order, AWESOME.Overall: 9.5 out of 10 on cleanliness, friendliness, food, price, and service.CONS: Cannot really think of any now. Ill update my review on my second trip.

Fantastic local pizza! A bit of a hole in the wall kinda place, but thats where one typically finds the best food. The Italian recipes are well over 60 years old and that quality can be tasted in the pizza sauce as well as the marinara, which is one of the best Ive ever had. The pizza options are endless with 6 different types of crust not including their calzone or Stromboli. No matter your pizza preference, theyve got you covered. Perhaps my favorite aspect of Surfside is their friendly and accommodating management and staff, who really dedicate themselves to providing amazing meals and exceptional customer service. Bottom line: Surfside is worth going out of the way to try and, once you do, youll be going back over and over again.

Disappointing! Store-bought meatballs(same taste, texture and consistency) Flavorless cheese. Their Chicago style pizza is the same as a regular pizza except with the sauce on top.
