Ive been here a couple times. Yes they have a good selection of metals. I have never really waited for more than 5 minutes from walking in and picking out my things. But... I feel I was over charged tremendously. So I went to another shop for the same metal nothing fancy. I was charged half the price for 2 times the product. Way overpriced.

Always a great place to go for metals and supplies. I was able to find just what I needed on the remnant rack for a little truck project. New window frame for my vintage race truck. All the steel for the cage, bumpers, etc. came from IMS.

Worst service I’ve seen in long time. Ordered over $900 in material. Paid an extra $50 to have it delivered to a residential area, only to get a call from the driver while I’m at work that they don’t unload it and he won’t deliver it until there is someone there to unload it for him. Are people supposed to just wait around home until they show up. Then untie and unload the metal on their own. Every other time I ordered and had delivered it was never a problem.Called the store only to be treated rudely. Requested full refund and will buy my metal at one of the many other places in town. Just lost a customer.

Great place for raw metals in every shape and size. I almost always find what I need in the Rems section which contains the remnants of pre-cut stock. It is sold by the pound. You take what you want up by the register and weigh it yourself then tell the cashier how much it weighed and they charge you accordingly.

Great place to find all sort of metals. Nearly any shape and size you could ask for. I like the rem pile since many times I just need a small bit for a small project.

They got a lot of stuff. There is a showroom and bins of drops in the back. Very handy for getting odd pieces.

Have lots of awesome metals. Me myself got 20 foot aluminum square tubes for a cable rail project.

Good place. Customer service in the will call section is terrible. Be prepared to wait at least an hour to pick up an order. Happens every time, even when you put an order in before and pay and tell them the time you will be there you will have to wait. Not sure if upper management even is aware, but the customer service and speed in the back is terrible.
