Wow! Wow! Wow!! What an experience!! I was planning a very big event at three different locations...... SIMULTANEOUSLY. Not a small task. And Nathan saved the day!! I needed an equally awesome photo booth at ALL locations. (I didn’t want to have a more awesome photo booth for some and not the others) :). Nathan took care of EVERYTHING I needed. From the customer service from the start to the finishing touches of showing up on time, setting up with very little, if any, help from us to getting us the link to all the photos right after!! Worked with Nathan and his team for a Pre-Pride event my non-profit organized and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Not only did they work with accommodating our needs and price point, they put together a seamless system of monitors, lighting, and AV supervision during our event. All the guests enjoyed the displays and were able to share live social content to the monitors in real time. Talk about a show stopper. I would recommend Vario to anyone who is looking for event solutions for any type of event.

I cant say enough great things about Vario! I lost my AV vendor 2 weeks before a major convention where my team would be holding around 10 meetings, all requiring significant AV. I called Nathan at Vario and within hours (no exaggeration) I had equipment quotes, conference calls lined up and an introduction to others on his team I would be working with. He and his colleague, Chelsea, were 100% invested in our events; all of their questions and in put was vital to building successful meetings. They shared with me all the pieces on their end that were being considered - operations, tech labor, equipment sourcing - so instead of just saying well get it done - they looped me in to how all these pieces would fit together - which is very reassuring. My company plans meetings all over the world, and I would be over joyed to work with Vario everywhere I go!

Wonderful, professional and creative production team who helped create an experience our guests will never forget. Vario worked with us to create an all inclusive experience for our 3200 staff members at the annual staff picnic. They created a beautiful stage that include a large LED screen for videos and live social media. Vario also helped us secure entertainment for the event such as a STOMP performance, a roaming magician, a couple photo selfie stations, and much more. We look forward to working with them again.

Vario was the perfect vendor for our wedding at the US Grant Hotel. I cant say enough about the personal service, quality, and reliability of everything. We worked with DJ Michael, a terrific harpist named Tasha, and we rented uplights as well as dance floor lighting. Lindsay, the coordinator was always responsive and helpful via email and phone. She kept track of all our changing needs and orchestrated it even up to the day prior. DJ Michael was terrific. Im sure their other DJs are great as well, but Michael listened to our every need and delivered with the right energy at the right time. He was a true professional. If you have a lot of needs and want one company to easily coordinate it all, go with Vario!! Youll probably pay the same to coordinate all this stuff from different vendors, so let them consolidate and do the planning for you. We couldnt be happier with our experience.
