This is my 2 week review! I waited 2 whole weeks and drove all over the country in my car after San Diego Auto Repair and collision fixed it up! They were fast, always responsive if I needed anything and even hooked me up on a sweet deal for my mirror! My car was in terrible condition and they made the body look brand new like it was off the lot. I couldnt be happier. If you need good work, and want good customer service this is the place for you!

BEST Auto Repair Shop in San Diego! My son had a complete Engine failure in his Camaro. Looked up online and read reviews, had the car towed to Mike (owner). He was the only person that called back when I was calling around to see who could fix the car and had great reviews. Mike assured me he would get fixed no matter the problem. Both my car and my husband’s car were hit by a drunk driver and did severe damage, my insurance company wasn’t the most helpful by any means. Mike was willing to fix the car and get the insurance company to dish out the money that I definitely deserved with my policy, despite being initially unwilling to. His shop also did a great job fixing my car, you can’t even tell where the damage was done. Highly recommended!

I was so lucky to stumble upon this shop. From the moment I called, Mike seemed like he was going to do everything in his power to help. He called all his connections to get me the best price on parts, and had the work done quickly. He made a point of getting me quality new parts and even explained to me the right questions to ask, and what to look for in the work I had done once I was picking up my car. The guys working in the shop were very sweet and did a quality job. Everyone I met here seemed trustworthy. I feel as if Mike and his team went above and beyond for me, and I got the impression that they make all of their customers feel the same. With that being said I would highly recommend giving them a try. They are full service, offering everything from an oil change to a paint job. This is hands down the best auto shop in the area. I originally came here for an oil change because it is very close to where I had moved, but if I ever move again I will always come back to this shop. The owner, who often goes by Mo, is a sweet and caring small business owner who just wants to do right by his customers. I have had my brakes done and a body repair and have always been satisfied with the quote, the price, the time, and the service.

I discovered City Heights Auto Repair on Craigslist while searching for a replacement engine for my Toyota. I chose this particular shop because the previous estimate I received for repairs was more than the value of the car. I was convinced by the mechanic at City Heights that my engine could be re-built for a lot less that an engine replacement.The entire repair process took a couple weeks, but during that time I received updates about the status of the repairs, and was also invited in to view the internals of the damaged engine. After being allowed to view the damaged parts, I was happy to have chosen this repair facility. In short, I received a completely overhauled engine that runs as good as when new.After a few days of driving the vehicle, I noticed an oil leak, and notified City Heights mechanic right away. I was told to bring the car back, and in they made the repairs almost immediately, without any argument whatsoever.I will not hesitate to return to this repair shop. Their work is honest, professional and thorough. I have since received follow-up phone calls from this shop to ensure my vehicle is still operating properly. The customer service here is terrific, and I will be sure to tell my friends and relatives of the positive experience I had with City Heights Auto Repair.

I was very happy with my overall experience. Tap and Fereyd are both friendly, honest, and they follow through. I was quoted $90 for brake pads, when 3 other shops quoted $140-$160. Although I was skeptical, I took my chances. I was stoked to end up paying only $95 with taxes! they had a quick turnaround and my brakes work great still. I definitely recommend these guys. Best place to go and get work done on your car! Everyone was extremely helpful and quoted us a price WAY lower than other auto body shops in the area. They replaced the side mirror of my car within 30 Minutes and had us out on our way in no time.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! I worked closely with Mike. He first helped me determine what kind of vehicle would be good to purchase with a higher mileage based on reliability. He was so kind and spoke to me for at least 20 mins. We ended buying a Ford Expedition that had a mechanical issue. When I brought Mike the vehicle to check out, he found that the engine needed new coils and did not charge us for the inspection. They got the coils replaced in less than a day and the charge was LESSS than the estimate. AMAZING! Our Ford Expedition runs perfectly now and I feel like Mike is the most fair and honest repair shop owner I have ever worked with. My mom has also been going to him for awhile as well as a few neighbors and coworkers for collision repairs, these guys do EVERYTHING!!!!!

Amazing Service! They found and fixed a problem the Volkswagon Dealers mechanics couldnt even fix and they did it in a day for a great price. They really solved all the car issues that were driving me crazy in my VW. I wish them all the best and will definitely bring all my cars there for service.

City Heights Auto is excellent. They are timely, thorough and excellent at explaining the problem(s). Each time Ive taken my car in, I was presented with multiple options with a cost break down for each one. I was in no way pushed or coerced towards the most expensive option and my budget needs were respected. I have since moved out of the neighborhood but I will continue to use City Heights for all of my auto-repair needs. Definitely a mechanic you will have for life.

Overcharged for the Hourly rate on frame straightening, missed COUNTLESS parts and screws when putting back on my bumper lights, and fender, causing both them to fall out and break while driving. Claimed he was going to sand my car down, do a stage one coat. He did not sand it, because 2 months later my paint is already chipping in some spots and the original vynal wrap is still there....I paid 3100$ and thats the paint job I get, mind you, he called me to upsale on a better paint job.....SMH.

Very rude and disrespectful the tall skinny guy with acent and female worker in office . we get oil change done they say 45 mins and it turns into 1 hour almost 2 hours waiting because they dont have the parts .Mad as we already are we go pay the girl still when she takes the money my gf askes for a receipt and she says we dont give receipts so my gf is like what why? I need a receipt ? And the girl completey ignores my gf and keep doing stuff behind the desk so we go talk to manager or owner and he completely blow us off and said go to the office and we are still waiting for the parts ! Smh
