Collision Factory is running a kick back business with Rancho Bernardo Towing company. Dont use either company. They are both very dishonest. The bright light in all this was Paola from Collision Factory who helped me get invoices and documents signed very quickly.
Service on my car took almost 3 months (3 times longer than was estimated). This was not because of complications arising during the fix, It was because they took down the wrong phone number for myself and so chose to not work on the car for ~a month... And the customer service was missing a touch of friendly demeanor.
This has been my easiest experience with a body shop EVER. I was referred by someone, was able to come to the shop with 2 days, and my bumper was buffed out within 10 minutes. The level of professionalism and care is astounding. Marc & Liz were a huge help! I’d recommend this business to anyone & everyone!
Great body work and Elizabeth gives good customer service, however I basically got screwed by their mechanic because he couldnt catch a huge hole in a hose and forced unnecessary repairs on me. Highly disappointed with the overall experience
I dont know how I can describe, but one think I know is this place is help me .and fix the best on my car .and staff there are very nice thank you for everything you done. ...if anybody need help fix your car body damming go check yourself. I am not lie ...
After all I recommend this place to everyone.they helped me out fixing my friends truck on the right time so. I called my friends to drop the vehicle off. After a weak he pick up the vehicle he was happy because they fix it on the right time. I called too many places no one give me a chance to fix it on the time too much excuses. also fare on the price. the manager Ramon he was the best to help me out.😙
They did an excellent work on my wifes car. Hassan and his staff are extremely professional. Their customer service is terrific. They even loaned her a car for a few days until the job was finished.I highly recommend Collision Factory to anyone who needs quality repairs on their cars.
They did a terrific work of the bumper hit by another automobile, they did an excellent job with every aspect of the job; wire management, patch paint, and even did an excellent job of cleaning up. Everything requested was done. They have best professional approach and infinite knowledge about what they are doing.
Great communication:)I am new to San Diego and had no idea where to send the tow truck who carried my banged up Jeep Wrangler on a Sunday evening... Collision Factory was recommended and it couldn’t have gone better. They were thourough and although the time frame was longer than expected it was because they found additional damage as they were assessing/fixing..which happens sometimes. I’m just glad they took the time to make sure they returned a safe vehicle back to me... she rides like i just drove her off the lot when I first bought her 4 years ago. SUPER impressed by there frequent updates on her status. Highly reccomended!!

A great family company
I want to get a review out there so others dont make the same mistake. If I didnt know my vehicle so well I may not have noticed these issues but I am an engineer and an avid off-roader so I spend a lot of time under my truck. Please please be careful if you take your vehicle here. Dont get taken advantage of because you are not a mechanic and dont know what to look for.I give two stars for the people who work in the office. They were always polite and responsive, quick to call me back if I missed them and always willing to answer my questions. They also provided me with a rental car when I had to bring my vehicle back in order for them to address their shortcomings from my initial repair. They also back their work 100% but if they did a poor job the first and second and third time...why would I want to bring them the vehicle anymore?The lacking stars are due to the quality of the work and the parts I received. The parts initially installed were of poor quality. The new radiator had a crack in it, both new hoods installed separated from their support structure so they flutter in the wind, the radiator I have on now mysteriously loses fluid, I have to keep topping it off. The welds were poorly done so I had them redo them which consisted of merely grinding them down so they look prettier. Now they are covered in rust because no finishing work was done. The bumper was installed incompletely the first time, it was missing hardware. The new headlights were wired so that it looks like a plate of spaghetti under my hood. One wire shorted, making sparks and burning out a bulb already (work is about a year old). When I got the vehicle back it was filthy. Under the hood was a mix of radiator fluid and paint overspray. I didnt care that they didnt wash it but youd think with my insurance paying them over $7600 they could hose it down or something, at least rinse off the dirty hand prints. Also, a few of the parts installed were wrong. They were parts from a different model. Not a big deal as they replaced them but I shouldnt have to tell them what parts to install. Annoying issues include the routing for the tubing from the radiator. It now interferes with my oil filter so I have to fight it when I change my oil. It seems no though was put into this work. They also took a while with the vehicle, I assumed it was because the damage was extensive or they were busy....not sure. I am very disappointed with the work done on my vehicle and I am not comfortable returning it so they can repair their previous mistakes.I had front end damage and needed a rebuild, hit a cement wall doing 40mph. The tow truck driver recommended this place and a quick google search told me they had high ratings. USAA recommended Caliber Collision, I should have listened. I needed all new plastic in the front, a new hood, new lights, a new aluminum crush bumper (what is under the plastic), a new radiator and fan/housing, and frame pulling on the area where the aluminum bumper mounted.
