Called yesterday to make an appointment to have get an appraisal for my car. The person I spoke with, who never gave me his name, asked a few questions about my vehicle. He asked what I was looking to get for its d I told him I got a low ball offer from CarMax earlier that day and an appraisal from TitleMax for a title loan twice what CarMax offered. I said i was looking for something in between. He said he would call me back shortly. Two hours later I called back and was told he was still looking to see if they get someone else to come out and appraise my vehicle. This time I made sure he had my cell and home number. Im still waiting. What a joke!
