I had a seamless and comfortable process working with Daniel and Millennium. I live on the other side of the country from the dealership and did not have the luxury of seeing the car before purchase. Daniel and his team were exceptional with communication whether being through phone, email, or hard mail. He gave tips on how best to have it shipped and was very straight forward and detailed on the paperwork when I received it through mail. My experience at Millennium Cars was awesome. Jay was nothing but helpful. I bought a 2000 Lincoln Continental with only 55,000 miles on it! Super clean! They were willing to hold the car for a day for me. Jay even picked me up at the train station and gave me a ride to their dealership. Paid cash with no problems at all. This was my first time buying my own car, as I am only 23 years old, and Jay went out of his way to be cool and make sure I was comfortable. Thats fine though, as people are holding onto their cars longer, as they do with cell phones.SERVICEIts a family-run business and the sons are very nice. They let my wife and I take a car for a test drive without them sitting in it. They simply just scanned our license, gave us the keys, and let us take off! We ended up purchasing a Subaru from them that had sandstorm-like damage to the windshield. We agreed to split the cost of a replacement windshield and they were cool with it. I requested all verbal promises/transactions to be put into writing and they were totally fine with that as they also kept a copy for themselves.CARFAXYes, they run it and are willing to give you a copy. Very good practice for a used car dealershipPRICINGWe ended up purchasing our vehicle haggle-free for less than the KBB-recommended price, so all in all we felt like we got a good deal.
