I saw all the reviews and decided to go to Auto Glass Center today to fix my rear window (Behind Driver Seat). As I was expecting, all these reviews couldnt be wrong and guess what, I had a wonderful experience there today. I went there on a Sunday morning but they were closed due to quarantine, Tony called me back in the morning as soon as he waked up and heard my issue and told me to come tomorrow for a free check! Not only it was a free check, he solved my problem and didnt even take any money from me either even though I insisted. I really appreciate you and wish your business success. Ray sucks. He promises he can do anything but hes a liar. I was jerked around for an overpriced window that never arrived for over a month. The windows he did have replaced were poorly done. He even dared to place duct tape over my spoiler. Hes not professional. I later found the back window on eBay for $140 and had it installed for waaaay less. Dont go to him. I should have known he wasnt going to do his job when he was referring me to his buddy across the street for a paint job. And that little fridge that everyones raving about, they dont even have Coke.#DontGoHere

This company takes customer service and quality very seriously. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable and to the point about my cracked windshield. I had a smaller than quarter crack that would eventually grow in size. His team was fast and efficient in completing the repair and at a very reasonable price. Prior to my departure Ray made sure I inspected the repair and also made sure I understood how to care for it moving forward. Not planning to go back anytime soon but should I have any issues with any of my vehicles windshields I am going back to Ray.

Last week I was driving on the 15 freeway in San Diego through the whole construction area and one of the trucks that was merging onto the freeway was kicking up rocks all over the place. A few rocks hit my windshield and didn’t really do much but then a large pebble got kicked up and created a small chip on my windshield. I examined it and I knew from my past experiences that the faster I got my windshield repair done the better chance I would have of it not spreading. I called around to a few places and Auto glass shop gave me the best quote. I spoke with Ray the shop manager on the phone and he answered all my questions and told me to bring my car asap so that they could work on it before the crack spread.Parking at the location was plentiful and wasn’t really much of a problem. They helped me immediately when I got there and offered me sodas and coffee while I waited. They did my windshield repair in less than 20 minutes and I was outta there quick! These guys are the best in San Diego! I would definitely recommend this shop to other people that want quick service that is fast and professional. GOOD JOB auto glass shop crew! My daughters car was broken into the Saturday night before Christmas. With lots of rain in the forecast and her needing to drive to work, I wanted the window fixed fast. Safelite couldnt get to me for 4 days (partly due to the holiday) but Tony got me in and out in a day at roughly the same cost my insurance negotiated with Safelite. Very honest and transparent and a good guy. Highly recommend.

Deserving of a 6th star for going above & beyond. I was supposed to pack up my car and move this weekend from SD to SF, but someone broken into my car and smashed all the windows Friday night, and I wasnt able to take the car in until Saturday at 2pm. Even though the shop was closed on Sunday, the team worked late on Saturday to get it complete in time, and the manager came in Sunday morning to get me the keys so that I could make my move. This place is great! It only took a couple hours for them to fix my completely broken window. It was also very affordable, and the service was friendly. Window works perfectly fine. Will definitely come back in the unfortunate event my car gets broken into again.

Unfortunately the window in my truck had been broken into and needed to be replaced. I called these guys because I was in the area working and they said to come on over they would take care of it. They did a great job, had good prices and even cleaned up the broken glass from the old window. They have a nice waiting room with cold drinks and TV. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

I was referred to Auto Glass center by another mechanic because another mechanic wanted to charge me 500 to replace the weather stripping on my windshield. I talked to Ray he said come by and Ill do a courtesy look. He verified that the weather stripping was not causing a problem and then he told me to bring my car around so his guys could look at it. They did a water test and determined it was my drain holes which were clogged. They ran air through the holes and did a water test to confirm the problem was fixed. Then he told me to give another place a call because he was not allowed to touch the back drain holes due to him having to unmount my sunroof.For all of this, he charged me $0. Great guy, great team, great service and we even cracked up and joked. Thank you so much Ray, I wish more people in the Auto industry were as genuine and honest as you. You saved me $500. Thank you!!!

My minivan sunroof drain was clogged and leaked inside overnight. I brought it here to see if they could help me clear the drain and he did it for free without any wait. They are very friendly and up front about whats happening. The mechanic wanted to charge over $100, but he was willing to help without a charge because it only takes them a few minutes to do with compressed air. So greatly appreciated!!Even though I wasnt a paying customer, I was still offered the waiting room perks of a beverage and comfortable seat while I waited. Such great customer service!

They replaced my windshield on my 2003 BMW 330ci and did an excellent job. Their price was $100 less than than Safelite AutoGlass. They even offer a 5% discount for cash or military. They offer a lifetime warranty and even fix chips or leaks for free. I dropped my car off and picked it up a few hours later. They do excellent work, explained exactly what they would be doing and completed it on-time with everything perfect. Highly recommend you check them out and get a quote.

Auto Glass Center saved me $189! Ray inspected the deformed and wilting weather stripping on my windshield and immediately recognized a previous sub-standard mobile installation. He showed me how a windshield is suppose to be installed and the perils of having a window installed off premises. He then recommended I call the previous company and have them repair my window because theres a lifetime labor warranty. I had no clue! Then he coached me on what to say. The previous company attempted to shake me off, but once I said I was at Auto Glass Center with an expert they immediately went to work to help me fix their shotty job. Who knows where Id be if I hadnt gone to AGC first. AGC could have easily taken my cash and repaired my window, but they are just too above board for that. If you want honest, reliable service thats done right the first time, this is THE PLACE to go. Honesty goes a long way with me. Id rather spend more and go out of my way then go cheap and easy. I came here two days ago after a rock hit my windshield on the passenger side. The windshield developed a large crack which began to spread within a few hours. I was hoping to be able to get the windshield repaired by an auto glass shop... but when I brought it by the auto glass center they told me it was unable to be fixed because the crack was too large. Ray, the shop manager told me that the only way to fix it was it get my windshield replaced. He quoted me a very decent price and so I went ahead and let him complete the replacement. I was really surprised when he came back and told me that the job was done in about 20 minutes, I had really expected to wait longer. These guys are definitely the best windshield replacement san diego shop. Ray the owner was really nice and told me detailed directions on what I should and shouldnt do so that my new windshield would set correctly. Two days later... my windshield looks great, no problems yet. I even got a great warranty!

The San Diego police had just retrieved my car after it was stolen 3 weeks ago. When I got the car back I realized that my rear windshield was smashed… just my luck… I had to get it repaired before I could actually drive it around normally again. I actually got a few of Auto glass shop’s flyers in the mail and so I decided to give them a call. I was at their location about an hour later and they immediately started working on my car. They had a full staff there so I didn’t have to wait very long until I was helped. They performed a rear windshield replacement on my 1999 Nissan maxima and I can’t complain about anything. They were very professional and I didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me out the door so that they could get to the next customer. Overall, great service… Probably one of the best windshield replacement San Diego shops around. The shop is located just off Miramar road so it is really easy to get to. This guys are just the best. I was looking for a place to replace my sienna van glass,I google online,I found so many shops, but auto glass center gave me the best price out of all. Also I went online to read reviews about the shop before I made an appointment,to my greatest surprise, what I found surpasses the reviews I saw,I was well treated, I was offered drinks(soda) and coffe. I watched their tv channel dat I dint even want to leave when I was told my van was ready. Excellent customer service, their manager was indeed so wonderful,spoke well on phone and also in person,he asked me to make myself very comfortable, he gave me the remote control to the tv to change it to what ever channel I wanted,the job was super quick,very neat and fast and so perfect like from the factory. I came here to get a car window repair done because the regulator in my car had stopped working and I couldn’t roll my window up or down. The owner gave me a really good deal and fixed my car in about 15 minutes, it was really fast. They noticed that I also had a chip and recommend that I get an auto glass repair too. I got a special discount on the repair since they were already working on my car anyways. These guys are the best in san diego! A++ for customer service! Awesome, never expected my car moonroof would look like that.Unfortunately, moonroof work was completed in couple of hours, not expected from my pervious experience. My car moonroof glass flew off on the highway due to wear an tear. The car had aftermarket assembly of moonroof which was there when I bought it. I had problems before couple times and always had hard time finding a place who does a moonroof job. Most of Auto Glass company dont deal with moonroof/sunroof works, Why? it is complicated.My previous experience working with other mechanics was not so good with moonroof jobs and the cost, was too high. As I said, my moonroof flew off, since I am in San Diego, there is very less rain and I had placed a plastic to prevent from any rain.I reuested quote on Yelp from different Auto Glass on Saturday morning and got a quote from different vendors. Auto Glass Center responed within 5 minutes, and after short conversation, he wanted to have vehicle at shop for estimate. I went to shop around 12 pm and within 10 minutes he called the warehouse for glass. He asked me to leave my vehicel Monday Morning at 8 am, I did and at 12 pm, I got a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up.I went to pickup my vehicle after my office, he was waiting for me. When I saw the fix, it looked very nice, very professional, couple of hours of job, fast and reliable service. I already mentioned, I never had a good experience with moonroof mechanics before paying high cost.Oh, I forget to mention about the cost. I had a quote from different vendors and the cost he charged me with parts and labor was more than half of what others vendors asked me. I was so surprised with the cost and level of details he did for my moonroof.
