It wasnt even 10 minutes after driving my new car off the dealership lot, entering on I-15 on ramp, 18 wheeler goes by, kicks up a rock, and cracks my windshield in 2 places. By the end of the day, the 2 dots were an inch long. The Crack Doctor fixed them both and gave me a lifetime warranty. Made my new car experience what it was supposed to be: ecstatic!

Sam did an amazing job. I got a rock chip right in my line of sight while driving out to Phoenix to visit some friends. When I got home I had to take care of it as it was driving me crazy since it was right in front of me as well as the fact that I didnt want it to get worse.Went on a Saturday around 1245pm and he had one car in front of me. Looked at my combo bulls eye/bat wing crack. Said itd be nearly 💯 gone.15 minutes later the repair was complete and it was practically gone. If I didnt know it existed I would have a hard time finding it.I guess the best thing to do is not wash the windshield before the repair as water will trap dirt in the crack which will make it more apparent.Before and after pics.

While the guy there couldnt help me directly as the crack had grown too big, he referred me to a good replacement shop.

Even though my windshield was beyond repair, my windshield was thoroughly tested to be sure of that and then I was referred to a wonderful shop with a great price for the replacement. I learned a ton while visiting and will be back if I ever have a need again. Because of his service I was diagnosed and confirm that I could not repair and had a new windshield that afternoon. Very happy I stopped at the crack doctor first :)

I want to give this guy 3 times 5 stars. First I got a chip on my brand new Camaro. I came on Wednesday and Sam repaired it in around 15 minutes and I paid nothing as he advised me to call my insurance. When I saw the result I took an appointment with him to bring my fathers old truck to have the headlights restored on Saturday. It took around 4 hours to do them but they turned like new.The third 5 stars he deserves is for his patience dealing with very untrusty customers. When I was waiting for my fathers car Saturday a women came with an old Toyota having a long crack and a chip. He gave her a price for the repair and she agreed; then she told him that she has a comprehensive coverage with AllState and the wanted the repair for free; he explained to her that they only cover small chips (that is correct as when I called my own insurance they asked me if it was a chip), she even called her son and he spoke with Sam and told him to go on with the repairs and that they will pay. While Sam was working (it took around 1 hour) I heard her calling her insurance asking for a Korean interpreter and telling them that the has a SMALL chip. When Sam finished she refused to pay saying that the insurance told her that she has to pay nothing. She was really lying to him and to her insurance. He let her leave as we were 4 customers waiting and she was making a fuss. Shame on her and 5 stars for The Crack Doctor.

They quickly repaired 2 small cracks in my windshield and I cannot even see where the repair was made. And it is a fraction of the cost of replacing a windshield. I would highly recommend this place if you need small cracks repaired.

Honestly, the experience couldnt have been better. A rock (or something) hit my windshield and I went to 2 places closer to where it happened and both were closed. Called The Crack Doctor Windshield Repair and he answered and said he could see me immediately. Only took about 15 minutes and he even helped walk me through the insurance aspect. Crack was fixed well and I couldnt be happier.

I stopped by here yesterday without an appointment. Sam came out and looked at my car right away. There was a 6 inch crack in the windshield. Sam explained what he could do and I decided to fix it instead of replacing the windshield. Within 30 minutes he was done with the repair and it looks awesome! My technician was Sam. He is an artist! The windshield practically looked new when he was done. You can still see a little bit, but saved me from having to get a whole new windshield. Took about 20 minutes start to finish including paperwork. Best part was that it was all taken care of through my Geico app. Highly recommended.

My Audi A6 recently had an unfortunate encounter with a good size rock dropped from a large truck while driving on the interstate. This resulted in a half circular crack of about 3 inches in diameter in the windshield of my car. I called a number of windshield replacement services, and all of them said that the windshield had to be replaced, their general rule being that if the damage is bigger than the size of quarter (coin), it cannot be repaired. This is obvious BS (please, excuse my French :-), but of course, even if they advertise they can repair, these guys would rather replace windshields.Then I found the Crack Doctor Windshield Repair through a Google search. I contacted them through their web site, describe the damage that I had, and got an almost immediate email response from Sam, confidently indicating that he was able to repair my windshield, recommending to have it fixed immediately, and providing advice on how to minimize the risk of additional damage in the meantime.I dropped by without appointment early the next morning. Sam is very friendly and very efficient, and he was able to make the repair in about 30 minutes. There is a barely noticeable scar in place of the crack. This is a much better option than windshield replacement. I am very satisfied with the results and highly recommend them. You can bet that I will be a returning customer, next time I experience a windshield mishap.

Came into the crack doctor on a Saturday at 8:40 and had a great experience. He had information all set up and how the insurance process works and I could tell he is an expert on windshield repair. My wife and I have both used him. And although I wish the city would clean our freeways more often, I will come back to him if I ever have another issue.

Great service. I went here to get my father in laws car fixed and they were very helpful. I was going to pay in cash but he said if we went through insurance it would be cheaper for me.Unfortunately he found several other cracks in the window and said it would be better to simply replace the window entirely which was something he was unable to do.He referred me to another business to get it fixed. So even though I ended up not being able to use his services I appreciate his honesty and looking out to keep my costs down. He very well could have just said sure Ill repair it and taken my money but he was honest and straightforward. Highly recommended!

Called this number and the owner is very disrespectful and hangs up the phone without a care. I work with many repair shops for windshields and they never treated me with so much disrespect. I think I will pay a visit to this individual and see if he will try to hang up on me in person or be directly disrespectful to my face. Dont waste money and time with this company. No good customer service through the phone. If you really want a new windshield then let me know. Ask for my company number and Ill gladly speak to you and help you with the best windshield installations and repair. We have many auto shops friends that have the best deals in San Diego.Once again the boss from the crack doctor is no good for customer service or even care about any customers unless you give him money.When I call your number I am a customer so you treat me like customer. We were in a tourist trip in San Diego, and got a chip on our rental car. We went to the Crack Doctor, he told us that the rental company will accept the repair. We werent sure but had no choice than to repair it. In less than 15 minutes it was done, and barely visible. The person who called me was very rude, he raised his voice at me because I did not understand his question about lines around the crack . I told him my chip was smaller then a quarter and he severely raised his voice and yelled : That is not what I asked you! I hung up on him and reported his actions to my insurance company. He then proceeded to leave me a message that I was not welcomed to his shop after his 4th call and I told him I would not work with such a rude person. You dont yell at potential clients. Went with Richs auto glass, he was friendly and no yelling.
