TONY WAS GREAT! HE WAS VERY CLEAR ON THE CHARGES AND WHAT WAS WRONG ON MY CAR. EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE AND THEY ARE FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULE. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SERVICE ON MY TWO CARS THAT I HAVE TAKEN TO THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Fantastic service! Tony is very helpful and friendly. This is not my first visit and Im sure its not my last. Todays visit was for a battery. It only took a couple of hours and Im back on the road. From now on Im going to Tony for his advice on all my car problems. I feel Tony is very safe place to take your vehicle and I would recommend him to all, women and men. I had a catalytic converter shield installed. Tony was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions. He even texted me a photo of the shield. He had the needed item in stock. I was able to make a same day appointment. He completed the job in a couple of hours.

So this shop literally almost killed me. Went in to get my front rotors and pads done before a cross country trip. Soon after I start my trip, Im in Needles,CA when my brakes fail on the freeway. I was able to stop, fortunately and get a tow into Needles. The mechanic and I look to see what happened. Basically, Tonys shop did not tighten the caliper bolts all the way and the vibrations of driving helped undo the bolts. I had to spend $220 on the initial brake job, $170 on the tow and $300 on getting a new caliper installed at the other shop. Oh.. not to mention I almost died. Called Tony and let him know. He said he would send me something. Yea.. still waiting. Theyre cheap for a reason people!!

I got bad news from them. So cant really say much about their services, yet. Was only there for a diagnostics and the results were very very bad. So that cost me $$ to find out Ill have to junk my beautiful Cadillac. Sad day...

Reliable, friendly service with a smile. It was my first time coming here and Jack made me feel instantly comfortable unlike most other auto service that you just feel like youre getting taken advantage of, especially being female. I will most certainly be back and recommend him.

Called on a Sunday to see if Jacks could assist me with air pressure for my tires. Though this is not a service they provide nor were they open at the time, a very nice gentleman opened the shop and helped me figure out that my tire pressure was low.This is above and beyond service and really appreciate the help and peace of mind. Went for a tune-up and oil change and made my car run worse. Took it back and they charged me more to fix the problem. Finally took it to a reliable auto repair shop.Do not take your car here!

Super Sketchy. Went in to Jacks Muffler Services using a groupon for a $25 oil change. Told it would take an hour at most. Called them after two hours and nothing had been done. After three hours went to pick up the car and they charged me an additional $40 because they had upgraded to synthetic oil. Total rip-off.

I never write reviews and i never have, but these guys deserve my first and my best review, me and my wife were on our honeymoon when my muffler melted a hole in my gas tank, i went to Firestone where they couldnt do welding work, so i scrambled to find a muffle/welding shop, and i came across these guys, i walked up they were friendly and nice, my wife wasnt feeling good and needed medicine, he drove us to the closest Walgreen and waited for us to get her medicine ( sorry i dont remember his name) then he drove us to our hotel without asking for fees or charges. these guys deserves anyones business. and if i know anyone with issues in san diego i will definatly refer to them, they kept us up to date and they were the best ive ever dealt with

Went in to get my muffler taken off. Set a schedule at 10:00. He isnt even there when i get there. Finally gets there at 11am. Forgets what he was supposed to do. 12 am he starts working on it and i was in and out checking on him. I walk up to the truck and the y pipe was welded on crooked amd i noticed he was having trouble welding. He welded my tailpipes on crooked and and insisted it was because i helped him fix something. After 3 hours working on the exhaust he comes in and tells me he will finish the exhaust next week and that he cant finish the welds but he will do it on monday. Had the audacity to ask me to pay 233 dollars to remove a muffler. Weld my tailpipes on crooked and a half done weld job. Do not go here for anything unless you want your vehicle broken more. Total waste of time and money and horrible customer service.

Terrible place I was told I had a rebuild motor put in and transmission and after only a year I was told by 2 other mechanics that the motor is to old to do any work and is tired that I needed a new one put in to it so I went back to try and get a refund on all the pointless work he charged me for telling me it will fix my problem and he would not I would not recommend this place to anyone they have very little knowledge in vehicles and will get you for money until they figure out the problem.
