Came in on Monday for an oil change they told me they wasn’t able to do it that day and it was only 11am. Came back Tuesday at 8am and they told me that it can possibly be done in 3 hours. I am not waiting for 3 hours just to get an oil change. Clerk said on Wednesday oil technician guys will be here. Been here since 7am (opening) to get an oil change. It is now 10am & my car is just now being serviced. 👿

Poor customer service. Didn’t get her name, but definitely she doesn’t know how to talk over the phone. Extremely disappointed, specially this place is supposed to serve service member. Not asking for VIP service, just basic auto mechanic/shop customer service. This definitely the worst!!!

Please be aware of bringing your car here! I normally don’t leave reviews for businesses but boy I will enjoy writing this, I took my car to this shop on 11/18/2020 (Monday) to diagnose my check engine light. Not only did the guy in the front desk have attitude with customers that morning but he also had attitude Witt me on the phone! Originally I was told they would call me later that day to let me know what was wrong with my car but of course they didn’t call me. I instead called them the next day and was told that my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I then had to wait the next day (Wednesday) to finally hear back from then. That’s when the same guy I mentioned above called me and gave me attitude regarding the diagnosis. I asked to speak to a manager named Chris and he later apologized for his coworkers bad customer service. He told me that they needed an extra $300 to take apart my car to see what was really wrong with my car and I of course let them do it thinking it was the smart thing to do. Later that day Chris called me back and told me I needed to get my fuel tank replaced along with some other “issues” and that it would cost me $1803.93!!! I didn’t have that kind of money at the time due to the pandemic so I accepted my faith and dealt with my car not being worked on. What makes it even worst is that Chris Called me back a couple days later trying to throw in a tacky 10% because he claimed he was trying to help me out, BS!!! Fast forward to now and I finally got my car diagnosed by a different repair man who diagnosed the same thing Chris did and he charged me...$200!!! I explained this situation to the new auto repair man and he was in disbelief and said “it’s shops like that that give us honest people a bad rep”. My car runs smoother than ever a week later! Chris knew he was ripping me off and I will NEVER come back.

Oil changes are fairly cheap but anything else is usually overcharged

The put in new ignition coils and spark plugs but messed up my electrical and won’t fix it saying it’s a software update when it’s not. My check engine light stays on and my remote start no longer works. They refuse to fix it and only checked the work they did and wouldn’t update me on what they’re doing to my car.

Brought my truck in 10 am for new tires to be installed/balanced and was told it was a first come first serve. Was 3rd in line for my truck to be serviced and didnt finish until last minutes of closing time.

Stay away! Not trustworthy. Will waste your time and a lot of it! I was there at 7 AM (opening time), took 3.5 hours to conduct an oil change. Itd be a different story if the mechanics were busy and preoccupied but this just was not the case.

Dont go here Took 2 weeks to get my car fixed they never kept me in the loop about what was going on and when I asked for my car back they wouldnt give me my keys. Very rude employees and bad attitudes the whole time I was there. Anywhere else has to be better then here

Misdiagnosed my car on multiple occasions and had to go to other mechanics to get the problems fixed. Done with coming here.

Car alternator blew out 3 days ago and i dont usually have time to make it in being that we work the same schedule but every time i take off work im given 1000 reasons as to why my car cannot be serviced so i decided to head in at 8am saturday morning just to be told that theyre over booked yet have NEVER given me the option to book maintenance once theyre booked up and you try to come in they verbally push you out the door having my car towed to a local shop for lower prices and faster work would never recommend.

Came in Monday at opening time, first customer in. Didn’t get parts til Tuesday morning. It is now going to be Thursday afternoon til it’s done!i have dropped my vehicle off for 4 days! Had all the time in the world Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the vehicles repairs. I have been pushed to the side and have been given empty promises twice now. Also the head manager seems to always have a serious attitude towards not just me but all customers. Do not recommend going here if your a sailor serving your country and risking your life!

Have utilized the NBSD NEX Car Care Center for a lot of things from new tires to SMOG Checks...have always had great customer service and work well done.

Took my truck in to be serviced and all seemed well. Got halfway home and noticed my rear wheels making a funny noise. Turned out NEITHER OF MY BACK WHEEL bolts had been even ATTEMPTED to be tightened, let alone torqued. I was able to remove all bolts with nothing more than my fingers. Makes me worry they are either too rushed or are cutting corners.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is extremely overpriced.
