Whenever a company under promises and over delivers, you can’t help but be happy. Accent Awnings installed our sun shade weeks earlier than originally estimated. The installers had installation options, and chose the more difficult one in order for our sun shade to look great. They arrived on time and were exceptionally professional. The sun shade looks fantastic, and works exactly as was advertised. We couldn’t be happier. They were upfront that there are cheaper options available, but sometimes you REALLY do get what you pay for. We couldn’t be happier with the end results.

Great experience from start to finish. The sales consultant was incredibly knowledgeable, the production took less time than they quoted, and the installation was done in a matter of hours. I highly recommend these guys.

Accent Awnings provided excellent service in all respects. Two awning companies never followed up, whereas AA always did. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and responsive, with no high pressure sales tactics. If you need new awnings, you should definitely consider AA.

Great service, albeit a bit pricey. However, that is perhaps due to pent up demand. Also, will take a bit longer -a few weeks- but is expected.Highly recommended though.

The quality of the motorized awning hardware I had installed is excellent. However, the best feature of Accent Awnings is the professional installation. My recent installations were completed in less four hours. The electrical routing was taken from the attic and routed invisibly to the awning motors with no external conduits on external walls. All installed units have been totally trouble free with some awnings installed a few years ago.

Just replaced my awning fabric by Accent awning. They are very responsible and price is reasonable. I recommend Accent awning for any sunshade needs.

Had a great experience with Accent Awnings. Everyone showed up when expected and wore masks and were respectful. The installers even worked on a rainy day ( showers stopped just before they got here). Did excellent job!

Great company and product! We deal with persistent southern exposure sun on our back patio and had been looking for solutions to limit the heat and light so we could enjoy the patio in the afternoons. John came out and looked at the area, made some suggestions, took the measurements and provided information on the details of the drop down shades we selected. With Covid, he said the wait time for delivery was about 6-8 weeks. But we received the delivery in about a month. Waldo installed the shades in about an hour and what a difference they have made!! First of all, the shades are made of quality material and look great! But the biggest surprise was how much of the sun and heat they blocked!!! We absolutely love them! I highly recommend this company! We had a great experience from the first phone call, to the installation!

The service was prompt & easy to make the appointment. Our salesperson, John, was timely & knowledgeable. He helped us pick an appropriate accent color screen for our California room. The installation was easy to schedule and timing as promised. The two installers for our motorized screen were professional and did a great job. The only con is the screen holding up to strong winds. We live off a canyon and this was addressed when we first met with John. He assured us the weights on bottom of the screen would hold well with winds. This is not the case. Any stronger winds cause the screen to flap excessively, to the point we just do not put it down when it’s windy.

We had a small awning designed and fabricated by Accent Awnings to provide shade protection for a solar backup battery. The customer service, quality of the awning and the installation were all exceptionally good and we would not hesitate to recommend Accent Awnings to anyone seeking this type of home or business addition.

We have done business with Accent Awning for many years. Their service and prices are excellent. Wind destroyed our original awning. They came out, assessed the situation and took care of us in just a few weeks. When it came time for a facelift to our business they provided several options. The choice we made must have been a good one as the electric motors and fabric are still working perfectly and the awning looks like new even after 7 years. A great investment. We just had two tired and shabby awnings replaced. They came out and took our order and fabricated and installed them just a few days ago. What a great difference. Before it looked like we were going out of business or just didn’t care. It looks so much better now.

The person who came to give the estimate was thorough and professional. The pickup of the awning was made within the time period stated. The completion date was earlier than the 4-8 week estimate. The installers who brought the awning back did a thorough job. It looks great!

Accent awnings did a great job for us. We have about 6-7 sunbrella awnings they made and installed. They are always punctual and do a fantastic job. Most notably, the awnings were taken down so our house could be painted then were to be replaced by new ones. Over 5 months transpired as this started prior to covid shelter in place and we lost our painters for quite some time for various reasons. Immediately after our painters finally finished Accent put our awnings back. They were very patient with us during this 5+ month process. Thank you Accent!

I have Accent Awnings Drop Shades and Retractable Awnings on most of the windows of my house and casita. They are huge energy savers in the summer, make for great TV room watching in the day or evenings in summer and the quality is over the top. Many have been up for more than 10 years and they have all stood the test of time. I just keep buying more I love them so much. And the consultations and installations went great on every one.

Initial interaction was great. Ordered 2 drop shades. Waited several weeks (understandable and they gave us a heads up that manufacturing was delayed due to covid, so no knock on accent awnings due to initial delay), but when installers came, they installed 1 of 2 shades and told us the 2nd could not be installed because the initial measurement was wrong. Then when second shade was properly sized and installers came, they installed using drywall anchors to attach bracket to stucco (see pic), which detached within 24 hours. Called installation manager and after first denying that installers would have done that, he arranged for repair the following day. Ill revise this review with additional comments and updated ranking if they make it right, but was extremely put off by the installation manager initially telling me that I was mistaken until I told him that I had pictures and would be glad to have him pull up the pictures and discuss in real time (which he declined to do).

Installers arrived on time and installed 2 patio awnings within a hour. Awnings look fantastic!

I bought a home that had an accent awning installed, and needed a little bit of reinforcement for when it was windy. I contacted Adam and he sent a crew out that did an excellent job. Friendly company, they care about doing a good job, they have my full trust.

I asked that they not penetrate my roof with the electrical cord but rather through the eves with the electrical line and they listened to my concerns.
