Ive tried to call the store but no answer at all

Buying a wall-bed is a hybrid of buying furniture and having cabinetry installed as it is anchored to the wall. We purchased from Bedder Buy based upon a friends positive experience and the handsome bookcase appearance of the Murphy Bed they purchased. We purchase the same unit in a different finish and the service was outstanding. Everything went as planned, great and thoughtful installation and it was delivered on time.
