It is very classy, its a different experience they sat me down and explained everything to me about the texture and helped exactly with what I wanted! The hair is amazing no words to describe the quality of the hair Ive added color to it already and no excessive shedding has been occurring! I use to shop with allure boutique and the hair was ok but once I added color it would shed excessively. Her Imports is the way to go ladies
