Just got my bedroom set! Absolutely stunning! The entire transaction went smooth and problem free. It always feels nice to get a rep on the phone every time you call instead of sitting on hold for 45+ minutes with the major suppliers and getting a guy from overseas that has NO idea what he is talking about and cannot answer any unscripted questions about the product. NY Furniture sales staff is highly trained and professional. Will certainly buy it again.
I would like to recommend NY Furniture Outlets. They went above and beyond to help me with my bedroom delivery. I live on the third floor in an old building with the super narrow stairs. The headboard would not fit at all. Ada had found the guys who disassembled the raild, brought my headboard in and then reassembled it back. Amazing service, will buy again!

I had to wait for a while for my living room and it was not fun at all. But I do understand all the delays related to COVID and I place my blames in the right direction. New York furniture was very communicative and curtelus about the delays and I am very happy with the sofa I got. Totally worth the wait. Will buy again.
I ordered a couch from NY Furniture. They were the only one who would special order the leather color I wanted. My salesman Alex was super helpful and mailed me swatches quickly. Kurt who took care of processing found a great trucking firm who came on time put the couch together cleaned up and 1 2 3 they were done. Wed never ordered furniture online and were a little hesitant not being able to sit on it. Were very happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to order from NY FURNITURE again. Amy & Norman
My bed was delievered on 5/19/2021. I love the bed its beautiful. The headboard is the heaviest part although all four pieces are heavy. It took two of us to lift the headboard. You may want to use three people. The bed is brushed in a grey paint allowing some of the wood grain to come though. The wood is as thick as 3/4 ply wood which I believe they used because its so heavy. I love the mirrors because there are just enough. It doesnt look to glisty which it what I wanted. I was so glad when Kurt G. told me they had the leather headboard available and that he would place the order for me. He was so helpful and the process was quick. I search many sites to find the leather headboard before I found the site. I was fustrated about the bed and kept asking Kurt was the headboard leather. He patiently kept reassuring me. Even when the bed got here I still was concerned about the headboard so that was the first box I opened. Thank you Kurt G.

My family has bought few items from NY Furniture Outlets. In two separate occasions, we got two bedroom sets, and two sets of sofas. Both times, we got the furniture delivered within two weeks, even though the delivery date given was three weeks. The bedroom sets are both solid wood traditionals that came with a night drawer, which helps a lot, the quality is really good. The two sofa sets are both leather, one of which grey and the other is white, everyone that visits always comment on how neat and modern they look.We are totally happy with all the furniture we got, the prices were decent, the customer service was always great whenever we reached out to the sales team let it be for tracking or assembly. Ada Aydemir was one of the support staff that helped us choose the furniture and gave us updates on everything from packing to shipping/delivery, and also gave us 5% discount. Thanks to her help!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Think twice if you are planning to order from them. You will be lucky, if your furniture will be not broken or you will not have missing parts. I ordered 2 bedrooms sets, both of them came without proper mirror supports (it was just two long pine sticks) and one without mattress pad brackets. I called to the company during delivery, they promised to send technician with missing parts. They sent technician without any of parts. Bottom line, if anything is wrong or missing from your order, just refuse your order, this company will never replace/repair your furniture.
I received the meridian cloud couches and I feel they look and feel cheap they also are not very soft when sitting. The couches also make a crunchy noise from the material in the couch. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I spent around $4000 and am very displeased with the couches
I would not recommend buying from this company! Has been the worst experience we have ever had. Purchased our bed set back in December, told us it was in stock but after they took our money then told us it was back ordered. Kept making promises that we would get it a certain date. They never once called us for updates we had to call them every month for them to tells us more lies. Well today we finally received our bed set after 6 months of waiting and now cant get white glove to come put it together for us as they sent them to the wrong state. Hopefully we will get to at least enjoy our new bed soon!

The item I was looking for was on backorder and James actually located the item in one of their warehouses and my furniture arrived earlier than expected. The quality of sectional was very good. Unfortunately, I received my furniture damaged due to the transit. They created another replacement order the day after I contacted them. I received another sectional in less than 2 weeks. The old one is donated, somehow happy that it got damaged at first place! :) Kind and helpful staff. Will purchase more !!
I got a beautiful bedroom set from NY Furniture Outlets and although the pieces are beautiful, a few of them arrived chipped in some areas due to the shipping carrier they use. I contacted NYFO right away and I was promised that they’d send a guy to repaint the chipped parts eventhough I insisted on a replacement. It’s been 8 months now and nobody got back to me after several emails and phone calls. I was finally able to get ahold of someone from their claims dept who informed me that they cannot get ahold of the company they use to fix these damaged parts. They could’ve told me that from the very beginning. At $4000 you’d expect better service than this, especially because these items had to be flown in from Europe. The claims manager Ayda Ademir and I agreed on a $150 amount to settle it eventhough I felt like I I was being bamboozled but I was so done with it and wanted to put it behind me. After 8 long months nothing was done. They have a guarantee on their website stating that if anything arrives damaged that they’d fix it. This is not the case. BUYER BEWARE!
I found a couch I liked on OfferUp, turned out it was Walmart.com, so I ordered it. I was given a three week delivery date. Two weeks passed and I received a text from Kurt, he explained that Walmart would cancel the order because it was on back order, but if I wanted this couch New York Furniture would sell it to me with the understanding that it was on back order.Kurt let me know the couch could possibly be earlier, but he wasn’t sure.As the delivery date approached, New York Furniture, verified the sale, then within a few days an independent transport company texted me that they had my couch.Kurt was professional, I just wished I could have tracked the order. But, that was not Kurt who failed to email me tracking information, that was the fault of the billing department.I will order from Kurt at New York Furniture again.Thank you
Purchased bedroom set online. Order confirmation: 000003850. Paid for white glove delivery fees of $280. They sent someone from CRIAGLIST who came by himself and couldn’t move the furniture upstairs so he left. Furniture was dropped blocking my driveway!Next day they hired another person from Criaglist who’d not come out of their car until they had money in their hands. Which company uses Criaglist people time and again for “white glove delivery?”What a disappointment and what kind of reputable business would do that? It’s been handled by person called Ira. Total disaster. I would not recommend you buying furniture from them online.Update:They used a cheap transportation company called CRH transportation. They failed to deliver chest. I had to file a claim with NY furniture. A week later CRH tells me that they had forgotten to deliver chest and they will drop it off at my drive way. I had already paid to get it delivered to my bedroom so I have to spend money to rehire someone to drop it from curbside to bedroom. NY customer care didn’t care and won’t respond to curtsy drop off to bedroom request.Please google furniture you like on their website if available at other places, don’t buy with NYF. Their customer service and delivery is very poor. Save time and frustration especially if buying expensive furniture.

I was not sure about this company as Id never purchased from them before, but decided to make this purchase and I could not be happier. Since March 16th I have been calling every single day and I am being told different lies each day your furniture will be shipped tomorrow, we will send you shipping confirmation number tomorrow, we will call you today with more details bla bla bla.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I cant even get through someone to talk and get straight answer. Terrible, terrible, terrible service!
This place is a scam! They took my money and I never received any receipt, tracking number, any information at all! They don’t respond to my emails and hang up on me when I finally get through to someone.
Absolutely the WORST delivery experience of my life! I feel taken advantage of and duped! Over a year ago, I ordered a sofa, loveseat, dresser, and vanity set totaling $7,000. The vanity set doors had broken hinges and would not stay closed. The dresser had obviously been dropped as the bottom drawer was busted and Styrofoam sticking out of it. The second drawer from the bottom was off track and the wood had been compromised and was detached! I would call this company at least 3 times a day every other day and either receive a busy signal, or if someone finally did answer would tell me the parts were on the way, due to COVID there was a delayAfter several months of calls and emails, finally a repairman came to fix the vanity. However, he stated the drawer was not repairable. I continued to email Ilya from New York Furniture company in addition to a female sales rep. No, luck. A year later I still have a $2200 dresser stilling in my room in a corner with two broken drawers, and the legs wrapped in plastic (oh yeah, the delivery men refused to assemble the legs due to the bottom drawer being damaged even though it was part of the service I paid for). I have been calling the company for MONTHS and have had no success with the phone numbers, and NO REPLYS to my numerous emails. I have been patient and understanding that COVID hit hard and had a trickle down impact. I contacted the BBB and can you believe that New York Company Inc told them that a set of drawers were shipped! FALSE! FALSE! FALSE! I have yet to receive any drawers. This company takes not responsibility for its actions. This is not way to do business or treat a paying customer. Again I spent $7,000 with this company, you would think they would try to make this right. Not even one apology! Do yourself a favor and learn from my horrible experience ! Not recommended!
Purchased a McFerran bedroom set in August 2020 inclusive of WHITE GLOVE service. I was told to expect 2 months for delivery. I was closing on a house and informed them that my delivery address would change. I was told this was not an issue.A month later when I called for an update and to change my delivery address they could not find an order in my name. Representative said I had the wrong site. After repeated calls I found someone able to look up my order through the payment receipt number. On top of COVID delays I was told my order had been on hold due to the address change. I was told to expect a call from an account manager as they had to verify my address with AMEX. That call never came. After approximately 15 calls I was finally put in contact with an agent who conducted a 3-way call with AMEX. Finally...all was good...so I thought.Fast forward another 5 months...to February 2021, and still no furniture. Whats worse is that I never received ONE single phone call or email. No updates. I would periodically call to follow up and was told there was no new information. How about NO information! I was completely in the dark throughout this entire transaction.In March I finally received an email from a shipping company. I immediately contacted NY Furniture to ask about the While Glove service I paid nearly $300 for. I was told that when the shipping company provided me with a date and time window to call and tell them so they could coordinate with a local handyman! Apparently the freight company that use to also carry in and assemble the order were not doing this due to COVID. Ok....again I give them the benefit of the doubt. As horrible as their customer service is, I cannot blame them for COVID.FInally...weeks later I get an actual delivery window. I call and inform the representative as I was instructed. Im told the handyman will be scheduled for 3 pm (after the latest point of my delivery window).Delivery day...furniture arrives early..before my window even! Great!! all good, except one of the pallets is too tall to fit inside the garage. With weather coming in I am forced to break down the pallet and move everything inside the garage. Then I wait. 3 pm comes and goes...nothing. I call NY Furniture...no surprise the representative has no idea..tells me to wait.After 3 days of silence the weekend arrives! I spend my Saturday carrying in an entire bedroom set and assembling it myself...after spending $300 for someone else to do it. Of course I have 2 broken handles, no mirror mounts for the dresser mirror, some reasonably minor scratches...I contact NY Furniture and request a refund for the White Glove service I never received, and was initially told it was my fault because I never notified them! Somehow I managed to keep my composure and FINALLY got my refund through Paypal. The representative wanted to file a claim when I informed them of the missing hardware and damages...however I refused. After nearly 7 months of hell...the very worst customer service imaginable (especially considering this was a $6k order) I wanted nothing more to do with these people....ever again.After making the necessary repairs, purchasing new hardware, and cleaning up a garage full of boxes and styrofoam we are very happy with the McFerran 6005 set. Its unfortunate I had to spend an additional $100 on hardware/repairs but were happy with the end result.Regarding NY Furniture Outlets...NEVER AGAIN!! If your considering a purchase...DONT DO IT! There are plenty of alternatives. COVID has caused SO MANY delays and issues on its own. I would have gladly paid more $ and went somewhere else for better customer service had I known. Do not make the same mistake I did...its not worth the headache. Trust me!
Please if you are considering purchasing furniture from this company, STOP and go elsewhere. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this company a 2. The reason I am rating this company a 2 is because I purchased a living room set from this company and on arrival my furniture had physical damage that occurred during transport. The coffee table had scratches on the top, the wood was scratched and cracked in several areas, there was a small hole in the interior not really noticeable and finally the legs on the sofa sectional were bent. I absolutely fell in love with this set but was very disappointed to see such extensive damage. I was not home to receive the furniture but was face-timed in so that I could see the damage. I immediately contacted this store and spoke with the store to inform them of the damage. My husband suggested we reject the order, however we were asked to keep the furniture because sending it back could cause further damage. I took the sales man word and lived with this damaged furniture for almost a year. I purchased my set in December of 2020 and the repairs were just completed 8/8/20. Almost a year and I promise you the delay had absolutely nothing to do with the pandemic. The company told me they did not have anyone in my area that could restore the furniture at that time. I requested in good faith that they take something of my bill due to the inconvenience. They said no. They may right a review and lie to distort the truth but I promise you no one should have to go through what I have been through trying to get my furniture repaired. Early on I even requested to return the damaged goods back to them but they would not take the damaged goods back saying I would lose money because of the restocking fee they would charge me. Yes my furniture was finally repaired but if they cared anything about their customers I feel they should have a least taken something off my bill. At one point I wanted them to take off half since they could not fix it. They called this extortion. I did not pay with broken money, therefore I should not have to live with damaged furniture. This company does not care about you once they get your money. Not including the inconvenience it caused me by having to re-arrange my schedule to allow someone into my home on two different occasions during this pandemic to assess the problem and then come back and spend another 6 hours in my home during this COVID crisis. How dare they think repairing was enough? That is the type of company you are taking your chances with. One thing is for sure, karma is real. Until they do right by me their bottom line will continue to take a hit. This company will not prosper.I will upload the pictures of damage tomorrow from a file i have at work but in the meantime this is what i have to look at after repair. spray paint on the leather from wood grain repairs and legs still in box not placed on sofa.
I was a little reluctant to order something online from a company I didn’t know but my experience with New York Furniture was fantastic from beginning to end. I ordered a large sectional online and had a question about it as I was getting ready to order. A very polite and helpful person contacted me immediately on a Sunday to answer my question. Another question re: delivery a few weeks later and another immediate helpful response. I was buying furniture for an apartment and every other Item come from a large, expensive well known company. I was worried the sectional wouldn’t look as good - but it was beautiful.Thank You

I ordered a nightstand over 10 days ago. It specified in stock. I didnt hear anything about shipping, so i called today for an update and was told that is was a discontinued item and that they were unable to get the item. I am absolutely furious. I could have went through a different company and instead I assumed in stock meant it was INSTOCK. I received no email follow up or anything about this item until I called. I am very disappointed and I will skip this website on any future purchases.

My wife and I have never been treated so poorly in our lives. We were both shaking after our conversation with the manger Eilya. We were insulted, ridiculed, mocked, and hung up on after spending over $2K on a sectional couch. We never received any tracking information until almost 2 weeks after we placed our order and called customer service multiple times. After customer service failed to provide us with tracking information, we spoke to the manager Eilya, who then lied and said he was the owner of the business and said he was going to cancel our order. He yelled at me and my 8-month pregnant wife. We asked to speak to someone higher up and he said he would block our number. Worst customer service experience ever. We would have given 0 stars but won’t allow you to.

The dates they post for in stock merchandise on line is not accurate. I ordered my couch on October 16th stating I would have it by November 4th. Now, they changed it for delivery sometime in December. I paid $4000 for this couch. This is unacceptable.

My entire experience has been horrific. I ordered a chaise back in March. After trying to chase them down for 2 months I ended up having to file a fraud claim for non-delivery of goods in May. I was assured that my order would arrive the following week and had the order reprocessed. I havent heard from this company since . Ive sent 3 emails to date..all ignored.If you want horrible customer service and never receive your item, this is the company to go to. This has been the worst experience EVER...Im filing yet another fraud claim in the morning. This is absolutely unacceptable.The sellers response is a lie as usual. I reordered the chaise after they called ME to inquire why I filed a fraud claim. I told them I was no longer waiting and no one was responding to emails or calls. They assured me the item was enroute and would arrive in the next 5 days. With that assurance I placed the order as they said they had already approved the charge back. 3 mos later, still no chaise and still no communication. The owner, Alex Sarowsky got involved after I left this review the first time and apologized profusely..ensured hed handle it. All to no avail. He and his staff continued to lie saying the item was enroute or being prepared to ship to me and it never happened. I finally got fed up and I REQUESTED THE FINAL REFUND. The reviews youve read here from others are true and I experienced the same piss poor service this company is notorious for. Alex..dont attempt to post any more replies containing lies. I have EVERY email exchange and have attached a few of them here to validate youre lying as usual.

I purchased a sofa and had a good experience with the actual furniture company. Unfortunately the sofa did have some minor damage due to the delivery carrier.The furniture company was quick to work with me and resolve the damage. I would buy from this company again due to their competitive pricing, great customer service, and easy access to reach a LIVE person.
The sales staff was most patient and helpful. I looked at dozens of chair/fabric combinations and he helped me select exactly what I wanted. Through the long order-manufacture-delivery process he kept me apprised of where my chair was and what the next step would be. The chair looks great in my living room and I have received many compliments on its unusual design.

Bought bed from them, which came with parts half assembled. When I called for support I got runaround and very little support. Customer service staff yelled at me for keep on calling when I was following up per provided timeline. Have dropped multiple emails but received no response. I could have bought much better product from any other store which may provide better product and customer service.Don’t buy from here unless you want to have new job to chase them to resolve issues with your purchase.New York Furniture did pay me small amount for defective piece and discomfort. Person who helped me was much nicer than other people I did talk to for refund. I guess it was my bad luck to have other people helping me earlier.
My husband and I purchased a couch through this company. Was really excited when we received it. After inspecting the couch as requested for damages, found tears in different places on the couch. Called to put in a CLAIM and have been getting the run around. Not very Happy with the service. The salesperson name Ilya called us constantly to get the couch and now that we have put a CLAIM on it, cannot get anyone to help us. Was told, someone would probably come out to repair the tears. We paid for a couch with NO DAMAGES and that is what I want. A couch with NO DAMAGES OR OUR MONEY BACK. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AND I WILL PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP IF WE DONT GET A NEW COUCH. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great customerror service. I needed to find a lower bed for my 90 year old mother. There is a lot of selection and I was able to find a bed that was the perfect height. I paid a little bit more for the white glove service and the delivery team came in and set the bedroom set up for us and they took away all the boxes after they were done which helped a lot. I bought this bed for a awesome price and got it in about two weeks. The white glove delivery was amazing they opened all the boxes, set it all up and took the packaging with them. Nothing was damaged very good quality and overal really amazing service.

On February 2019 Ive bought a Modern Yellow Genuine Leather Living Room Sofa Set 2pcs American Eagle EK-B109.It was advertised as upholstered with top grade 5 genuine leather which supposed to be better than grade 3 leather and costs $300 more.When order arrived I found that leather is so cheap that Ive never seen before.It looks like the leather is split suede painted and embossed leather with printed patterns, very hard and not soft at all.It looks like Ive got cheap version of sofa set for money that I paid for upgraded version.Very disappointed.

HE FAILED TO TELL ME HE CHOSE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I ONLY LEARNED THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AFTER CHECKING ON THE TRACKING. NO EMAIL WAS SENT WITH MY REFUND. THE ENTIRE CALL CENTER IGNORED MY CALLS. THE MANAGER FINALLY ANSWERED AFTER I CALLED ON ANOTHER LINE. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. YOUR BETTER OF BUYING FURNITURE FROM LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY. IM AN AVID ONLINE SHOPPER DUE TO MY CRAZY WORK SCHEDULE AND HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS MUCH LACK OF RESPECT. Cassandra was the only nice person I spoke with. She was apologetic. The manager/owner was horrible. Take your business else where.MY RESPONSE: You did not try to accommodate my request. You simply cancelled my order without my say so. That is far from what I wanted. I wanted correct information being told to me.
Nice furniture store with a great staff, I had the pleasure of working with Alex, But they were all very nice and helpful.Their delivery staff is super careful with protecting your home(floors etc) and always on time.I will definitely be back.
Recently purchased a night stand and the transaction was voided. When asked the first response was the item was out of stock. Which was hard to believe because I was now looking at the the product in stock and the price marked up no less than 2 days later after purchasing . Then I was told that my bank voided the transaction but when I called my bank they told me the purchase was accepted but canceled on the sellers side. I just really think they didn’t want to give the nightstand to me for the price I bought it plus the coupon code I used to bring the price down even further. Never again!Update see pic: Unprofessional. BTW my bank accepted the transaction. DO NOT even bother with them!I can go all day. You guys are just unprofessional at the end of the day. You wanted me to to remove my post and then you would ship. Should I post the pending transaction from my bank account because I can. I don’t think I can see anyone’s info from a “stolen card”.

The delivery was poor and, when arrived, damaged.Rachel, in Customer Service, provided excellent service and got a replacement headboard to me very quickly. She is the ONLY reason Im giving more than one star.
Live in NYC. Got Impera bed from them. Paid for white glove delivery. Order was shipped just in time, bed was delivered and assembled in my master bedroom. Really enjoy it! Thanks guys!

Do not do business with this company. I was on Amazon and click the link to this company to ask a question. The sakes man talked me into going through them for white glove service and everything is the same as Amazon - WRONG-Worse mistake ever. They said 3 week delivery - took 7. Tried to get delivery men to take back - they would not. When it came the color was so dark it looked black. Amazon site was much lighter. Tried to work through my CC company. Tried to work with this company-offered to buy another for an exchange - nope! Stuck with this piece of very poor made, wrong color, monstrosity- they did not even work with me to send back. Just stuck. DO NOT BUY- YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!
I do not know why rating high in google, very low in yelp. not true rating in google?Do not expect good quality product from this company, may be looks good in picture. if you have product problem, never expect they will replace or return, no reply or very delayed reply, but will not resolve anything.I ordered a sofa, inside lot so sharp nail, somewhere has leg hole, but some not, you need to make holes for leg installation. hard to tell real leather or faux leather.
Lovely dining set. easy purchase experience, Ilya Shekhtman was very patient and helpful. We got the white glove delivery so it was assembled and installed - well worth the little bit extra.

Update on this review. So they answered back here where they apologized and said that they will refund me the money I’ve been requesting, but they refused on the phone today! Ilya called me, and said that they are not going to refund the $1292, they are just going to refund $1000 cause I have to pay for they table to be shipped back even though it is 4 weeks ago I ordered the table and it was supposed to be here by November 15th. He wouldn’t even let me talk, he said what he had to say and hanged up the phone. I replied to his email right away, but they never got back to me or sent me a confirmation for the $1000. They are just lying here to make them self look good.I ordered my dining table from them a month ago. They told me on the phone that it should not take more than 2 weeks, the DocuSign I signed said 2-3 weeks. I have 2 kids and still no dining table. When I called them to order the table I asked Alex what the maximum time will be before I have my dining table, he said maximum 2-3 weeks. I explained him that my family is visiting from Europe and that they will be here November 15th, he said you will have your table by than. Today is the 23rd, no table, no refund! I’ve been trying to cancel my order for more than a week now. Calling them, emailing them, they won’t even respond to my emails neither refund me the $1292 they charged my card. The manager yelled at me and even hanged up the phone many times (Alex). Ilya has also yelled at me and hanged up the phone many times. Even though I explained them that I need my refund so I can get another dining table. I’m not able to wait anymore. I called them again today, Ilya said hold on a second, put me on hold, blocked my number. I will report this purchase and get my money! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! They neither deliver what they promise or are nice with the customers. I have screenshot all my phone calls to them, all the calls they’ve hanged up on me, and actually the 4 hours they totally have put my calls on hold and than hanged up.

I purchased a Modrest Gillian Contemporary White & Walnut TV Stand from New York Furniture Outlet in June of 2018. It was delivered and after unpacking the TV Stand I discovered some scratches on the top of the unit. I contacted the claims department who in turn contacted the manufacturer. I was told that a new top was being shipped from overseas and that it would take about six weeks. I finally received the new top a few days after Christmas (5 months later). However, it was the wrong color and also the top for a different TV Stand.In January I contacted Ilya Shekhtman who offered to look into the matter. He contacted the manufacturer many times and always kept me in the loop. He took it upon himself to push the manufacturer to get me the right top. Finally on June 3rd I received the new top -- correct top and correct color.I cant believe how hard Ilya worked to get this matter resolved and to top it off he wasnt the original salesperson. I am 100% pleased with the TV Stand and I would recommend New York Furniture Outlet. Be sure to ask for Ilya Shekhtman. Hes the best!
I bought an extendable dining table from NYFO. It is a nice table. However, it wasnt assembled properly by the manufacturer (not NYFO), causing the table to not be able to extend. I followed up with NYFO customer service to have a handy man come over to my place to fix it. Unfortunately, the customer service representative that i dealt with just had no common sense and could not do anything to help. Luckily, Ilya (I think hes one of the salesmen) came to the rescue. As soon as he stepped in, a handy man was sent to my place within a week and the table was fixed in couple hours. Without Ilyas help, this would have been a half-a-star review.
Terrible customer service. Taking over 2 months and still do not have a complete order. Ilya told me I was to accept a partial order, in order for them to send the follow up missing item. The table top was missing. They reordered it and were trying to locate a shipper. They are in the furniture shipping business...... why are they trying to locate a shipper. Weekly follow up and multiple phone calls give the same reply. Requesting a refund and they want to charge me fees since I already accepted the order that he said I had to. Ilya continues to repeat the same rehearsed excuse and continues to interrupt me and talk over me. VERY RUDE customer assistance, especially since he is the supervisor. Wont ever buy from here again. TRIED TO GIVE ZERO STARS BUT I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING........
Terrible customer service. Bought a bedroom set on July 1st, I did not receive any update for a week so I called to find out status. They said they forgot to send me docusign, and cannot process the order before I sign the docusign. I signed and returned back same day, they said my order will ship by Friday 12th. Of course I did not receive any update by Monday so I called back, they now said it is preparing for shipment and I will receive tracking info by Friday 19th. This morning I received email that they cancelled my order. I lost 15 days waiting for them to ship this product. I would stay away from this company if you are buying from online.
After reading these reviews I’m sure that I’ve been tricked! Alex is the rudest person I’ve talked to! This company trick you and don’t deliver you your order, they make you wait for months, and forces you to take their furniture! I will not stop before I get my refund!
Our furniture arrived with a giant hole in one of the dressers. New York Furniture was quick to respond, take care of the issues and get a replacement dresser sent over to us.

BEWARE! I ordered a bedroom set from this company in December. They called me a few days later to say it was back ordered and would be in by early February. We were OK with that. They charged my credit card the next day. Now, it is May and I still do not have a bedroom set. It has been one excuse after another when they can be bothered to answer messages. Apparently, now, it is with the delivery company who says they can not deliver without the vendors permission which they have not yet received, yet NY Furniture Outlets Inc told me they gave permission. I am shocked by their rating on Google, very suspect, and not at all the experience I have had.
