Awful customer service.(First time handling the replenishment of coffee goods)I called on a Thursday to inquire about the process and our next delivery. I was told our next delivery was schedule for Monday. I asked if the delivery could be moved in by 1 day. I was told they needed a 3 day lead-time. I asked if I needed to do anything to have product delivered, I was told, no, you are on auto-ship once a month.My delivery schedule came and went and nothing was delivered. I called to inquire? I was told that yes, we have you in the schedule for today, but for whatever reason, we are not delivering. Let me talk to my manager and see if we can deliver later today.I asked that they call me back, they said, sure.Three days later and no call and no delivery.I just called and they told me that they never delivered because I never ordered anything... I asked about the auto-ship and she said no, you are not on auto-shipThey are clueless... Stay away
