REI has The BEST Customer Service In The Action Sports Industry! Today I bought a Thule Rack For My BMW suv and RUSSELL was Outstanding 5 Star Service 10 Points Being the highest in customer service and the Ski Tech Was Awesome I forgot his name but he has the cool long hair and Misfits Shirt which was Awesome and was explaining the new technology that was put on my snowboard..and it needed a little extra work so they hooked me up with a few more details that needed touch up on my RIDE Sean Palmer Snowboard vintage Fleetwood..cant wait to get the lock mailed to my PO Box which customer service ordered for me in 5 minutes or less total..i was able to get some Awesome REI socks and TAHOE trail bar which I tried already and is the best bar I have ever tried seriously delicious Dark Chocolate Cherry!! Thank you for making me get 1 step closer to the surf and the mountains and the spectacular customer service!REI Rocks San Diego California!Seriously you can get Things done quickly and efficiently by just walking into REI and have some patience and they will push you through..they know whats up!
