Great product and awesome customer service.We bought a custom pool table from them and the first attempt was slightly off in shade then we requested. The installation team guys called the store for the mismatch and they built a new one. It wasnt like we had to explain about the color mismatch and believe me it was a subtle difference. They left the first one to play while new one is getting built which takes time. The quality of table is so good that I feel my game got better while playing on this table. IMO if you really want a good pool table this is the place. Very very happy with customer service from Brian.

I called Olhausen directly this morning after reviewing their table tennis tables. I talked to Brian, who was real helpful and knowledgeable about the tables. I decided on the model, and picked it up today ready to play. The accessories were also 20% off with purchase. I bought their outdoor version paddles, some indoor paddles and some new 3 star balls. Then Brian rolled the new table out to my truck and showed me how he loads his, the same way. Brian then helped me tie it down. I was very satisfied with my experience, and would recommend Olhausen

The staff was very friendly. No pressure to buy. However, I was looking for a cue, and they literally only had 7 American made cues in the entire store. The rest were all Chinese. They should invest in a wider cue selection. I dont think most people want to purchase their cues online, its something most want to see and feel in person before they buy.

UNBELIEVABLE store! Had to pick my jaw off the floor! Dozens of pool tables on display, 100s of cues, foosball, darts, accessories, etc, etc!

Ok. I brought my pool que in to have a new tip put on from a place that has been in business a long time thinking that they must have been doing something thing right. So I pick up my stick for the championship match that evening, of course a critical shot on the eight ball to win. The tip comes off. The miss que and a loss. Take your stuff some where else.
