We walked in and didn’t even stay 5 minutes. We were greeted and then given an artist. Adam who from the beginning was extremely short. We were showing him our tattoo pictures which were very simple. He immediately made very obnoxious comments. I’m assuming he didn’t like them. When he drew them for us he was non stop pressuring all of us to get them the way he drew them. We were politely saying sorry we just kind of wanted what the picture was and he just kept complaining and telling us we don’t know what we are talking about. We politely said I’m sorry but I think we are just going to go somewhere else and he said fine I’m leaving.

We love Jannel! I highly recommend going to her. She is extremely professional and makes your experience very easy and pleasant.

DO NOT BRING BABIES OR KIDS HERE.When I called in advance, Janell and her assistant claimed they did babies ears. They offered no instruction, and told me to provide my own jewelry.I provided jewelry which Janel approved of stating “this is good”.They each pierced one ear. The assistant became concerned and said “she’s bleeding”, and there was blood dripping on my daughters neck and shirt.At that point the earring fell out and was lost for about 5 minutes while my child screamed and they crawled on the floor.I was hoping they could just put the backing on, but then they argued as to who had smaller hands, as neither wanted to put the small backing on. They suggested they would put a temporary backing on and I should put it on later.I finally attempted to put the back on myself when I realized that the left ear was only halfway pierced and they would have had to start that ear over.My child was traumatized, and frankly, so was I.They did offer apologies throughout, but stated that my baby is “strong”, and that “babies are hard”.

Charged me 250.00 for 4 letters on my knuckles over priced...and if u guys call this good work and good quality shading and I got the better end of it sorry but am I missing something and I saw good work there thats why I stood so aint knocking anyone there just dont rush cause you guys are closing and dont take anyone if u know u aint going to have enough time could of set me up for the next day just saying...

I rarely leave poor reviews and feel awful doing so, but there were too many things in the experience to ignore.I went in with a partner to be pierced by Janelle (unsure of spelling). We waited about 20 minutes when both of us had appts (and people came in behind us which I heard one left - he also had an appt). While waiting, my counterpart asked if tattoo shops were always kind of rude (as I think the greeter was short and made it seem a little like a favor was being done as opposed to us being paying customers). I laughed it off and said they were busy and I don’t even mind the vibe of shops since I’m pretty covered, I enjoy the culture lol.While the piercer was kind and personable, the experience with that portion is my true issue. I went up first, getting an Ashley piercing. My first issue was she went through the completely wrong spot first so I’ve had 2 holes to heal in my lip, after very much struggling to find the center of my lip. The second and most alarming was the bar she chose was too short and had almost literally no backing. Within days it was sucking into my lip through the back no matter what I did. I had to go to a piercing shop and purchase a completely new bar (since I was visiting and unable to try to go back into the shop), yank out a new piercing and shove something else in it. Luckily, I’m not a child so I know how to care for piercings and sanitized everything well so hopefully it will be fine, but it was quite unpleasant and almost impossible to grab since it was completely sucked in. When my partner was pierced on his nose, I was the one that placed it. Where she was originally was going to put it was so far forward it would have been almost nothing pierced.I’m not sure if it’s all just a one off, a bad day...or Covid stress and pressure. And again, she was very kind and we both left good tips because I firmly believe in doing so, but I can’t say the experience was a pleasant one and felt compelled to share since mine was one that if inexperienced in piercings could be bad for someone and they could end up getting something cut and extracted from their face.

Tried to reschedule an appointment (because of coming into contact with the virus) but it was almost impossible to get a reply back. Haven’t heard anything since December about trying to reschedule. So I basically just lost my $100 deposit because I haven’t heard anything back. Unprofessional and don’t recommend.

I told him I was interested in getting my first tattoo and he answered all my questions, looked at the design I wanted and set an appointment with me for the next day. The next day he showed me the design he drew on the transfer paper, it was amazing! The shop is very clean and the guys there were friendly and welcoming. Phil was the best! Id definitely go to him again.

Ive had five tattoos done here (four by Phil and one by Jesse). The shop here is so clean, Im never skeptical of their practice. Anytime I tell Phil what I want, he discusses his idea with me and I always just go with it, and am always so happy with the decision! Extremely creative, clean lines, professional service.

Got Tragus pierced by the lady with dark hair/Hispanic. She pierced my Tragus extremely low and super off center. I can barely change my piercing without pliers and getting friends help or going to a shop because the back hole exits at an angle and deeeeep inside my ear. My other Tragus done by someone else is nothing like thisI got my daith pierced as well and she didn’t use a ring and ball piercing for it to heal and now the part where she clasped it shut has rotated inside my ear and is healing and is not visable for when it needs to be changed when it heals. Would not recommend this piercer

I took my 18 yr old daughter in for her first tat today and Anthony was so patient with her and took the time to really explain everything to her and the tat turned out really great, exactly what she wanted. I will be back to have more work done with Anthony myself.

Went in for a tattoo with a friend and the lady at the front totally ignored us for a solid moment to text and the Friday the 13th tattoos were all very very small pieces for 60-100 dollars. The guy agreed to tattoo my friend and then tattoo a piece on me that wasn’t related to the Friday the 13th tattoos. Guy finished on my buddy and then instantly went and talked to other people about what they wanted and ignored me and my tattoo. Left very unsatisfied.

Id say my best tattoo so far, I got ink from the best place in Dallas Tx, and Best place in Tampa Fl, but they dont compare to the best place in San Diego Ca. Great ink. Fairly priced for the quality. Really great place to get a tattoo. 5/5 for sure

Phenominal experience. Not my first tattoo but my first time walking in and getting a tattoo on a whim. I was nervous but Anthony was straight up and gave me his opinion. Im in town for work with a hectic schedule and had a small window to get the work done. Not only did he fit me in but he did phenomenal work. I would 100% recommend Superfly and next time Im in town I will be going back.

Went in to get a couple numbers tattooed...they charged me $100 for a 5 minute job and some of the numbers are messed up, on top of that, the workers were yelling at the intern in front of us in mid conversation
