Buyer Beware!!!! Although the cabinets are high quality this particular Rep is to be avoided at all costs! I placed a fairly large order through Five Day Remodel (aka ALNO San Diego) to remodel my kitchen. After waiting several months for any update on my kitchen cabinets, I was told that ALNO was potentially facing bankruptcy, and my cabinets were being held captive at the Port in LA. If I didnt pay the additional fee I was in jeopardy of loosing my cabinets all together- a $36,000 loss. The ALNO SD Rep basically told me that it was my problem to solve. I was also told that if I didnt come up with the Port fee my cabinets would be auctioned off. I paid the additional Port Fee to ensure I got my cabinets- a $6,000 charge!! Nothing short of extortion. I have since made several attempts to contact Five Day Remodel (aka ALNO SD) to schedule install of my new kitchen cabinets- which by the way I have been waiting for since March 2017- I have emailed and called and emailed again- NO REPLY. If you plan on a kitchen or bath remodel steer clear of ALNO all together!!! Do your research on ALNO as I was told that the company may be filing bankruptcy. They are based in Germany which makes it next to impossible to obtain any replacement parts if needed. And if for some reason the Rep mis-ordered any parts your project will be held up for months or you could be faced with outrageous shipping fees... Very disappointed.
