My family and I have used PHD home improvement crew for many years for solid wood flooring, tile flooring, and bathroom upgrade and we are absolutely thrilled with the results and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. The workers were always on time and a joy to be around. Any problems were quickly addressed and corrected. Jenny came on site to take measurement and gave us great information and complete overview of how work will be done and terms. Simon is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. He had a top notch crew working with him. They came and covered everything else with sheet of plastic and did a fantastic job. The project was kept on time with minimum disruption to the rest of our property. Very very great job! Make the ugly floors in my new property into brilliant new-looking ones. They were very forward about the billing (which was a good price). There were not any surprise bill. Additionally, they actually check their emails, which is important to me because I dont like talking over the phone about personal things at work. More than happy with the bathroom remodel PHD home improvement did for us.The final product, installation, and value of our shower installation is a 5 star. Quality materials, fantastic service and most importantly, great workmanship.We were very pleased with the time it took to complete the job and the quality of the work that was done. The installer did a great job installing the shower surround. He was efficient, on-time, worked steadily for almost 8 hrs a day and did a super job. I was impressed with the attention to detail and overall craftsmanship. Our new bathroom looks fantastic ! I have no problem in recommending them for this type of work. The final product and the good price they gave us was worth it.

My wife and I planned to have our kitchen countertop replaced. We walked into PHD home improvement and met Jenny and when we left we had a beautiful quartz top picked out as well as a sink and faucet. We Also had an excellent experience with them after work started. Simon and his crew was friendly quick and efficient, they finished the work ahead of time. PHD made our remodeling project very easy. I have an office need to be updated at downtown San Diego. It included tearing down a wall to expand the room, taking out flooring,repainting whole property,installing couple cabinets and some electrician plumbing work. I have tenant needed to move in, so having an accurate timeline was critical for me. A friend recommended them to me to remodel my property, they did a great job in remodeling her store so I decided to go with them. They came in over the weekend for the 1st visit and gave me a very detailed estimate. They were very accommodating about every visit after and worked with my schedule when needed. Their crew was incredibly skilled, punctual and very friendly. No hassles or worries in the process. The whole process was estimated to take about 5 weeks but it was all done in a little over 3 weeks.Their construction crew, did a particularly beautiful job on the new flooring. The cabinetry work was top notch and everything turned out beautiful. Jenny is extremely responsible, easy to reach and quick to respond to any problems. The work was totally beyond our expectations and completed to our full satisfaction. Also, They have affordable prices that cant be matched with quality workmanship. I have had multiple renovations done in my rental properties and they are by far the most organized contractor i have ever used. If I have another project, I will definitely go to them again.

This review is long overdue. We have been happy with our three bathrooms done by PHD Home Improvement several years ago. Not only were we very pleased with our bathrooms when they were installed, but now they are still ideal for our home. Had three bathrooms re-done in one month. The products are great and the craftsman that did the work was outstanding. We promised to write a review but never got around. The reason for catching up now is we keep talking about the experience and our most recent was a complete kitchen re-do. Their staff and contractors were easy to work with, responded quickly whenever we had questions during the renovation. When we called to ask for an appointment, Jenny was quick to get back to us and set up a time. The whole team were a pleasure to work with. The process of remodeling our kitchen went far better than expected. The installers worked hard and consistently, with hardly a break. The results are fantastic. Everyone who comes over compliments my kitchen and asks who did it. Would highly recommend them and we are definitely using them again.

We absolutely loved working with phd team and are thrilled with the results. We wanted to replace carpets with wood floor in our three bedrooms and hallway. Jenny was responsive with providing an estimate. She measured and provided us estimate in one day.The project stayed on schedule and within budget (the price being better than most other quotes we received).Working with Simon and his team was a wonderful experience. They are all professional, customer-focused, creative and talented. Our house is old and the subfloor was uneven at some spots. Nothing was a problem for these guys, and with an old house, they encountered more than one challenge. They were detailed-oriented, fast and extremely clean while providing quality workmanship in the process. We were told 2 weeks and it ended up being less than one week.
