Jake was very helpful in initial purchase. I jad to leave kayak at location for a week until special racks i ordered came in and Jake even helped installing racks (even though they were purchases elsewhere).

Amazing service great staff!!! I went in telling them what I wanted out of a kayak and they sat with me for 5 hours answering questions and helping me pick out a kayak. You can tell there is a lot of experience and I felt like they were really excited to see someone get into the hobby and wanted to help as much as possible. If I could give them more stars I would. 10/10 will shop again.
