Ceasar is the man, helped me to figure out which battery I needed and now Im good to go. Just threw it in the car and shes starting up great again. I drive a bmw m3 and they require or at least benefit from high quality AGM batteries. Dont cheap out, just get an interstate. Never knew that this place existed but now that I do I’ll only only be coming here for my european car batteries since places like Costco and even aaa don’t carry them.Customer service here is as good as it gets. Had outstanding help both from Caesar and Walter. Clearly someone knows how to hire the right people.

I have come to this store 3 times in the past several years for a multiple car family. These guys are very helpful, customer service oriented, and a good shop all around, but read on. My daughters battery died, replacement on hand, my F150 battery on the fritz they tested in the vehicle, replacement on hand, picked up a third for a Tacoma. **Update** As much as I like their batteries, I will shop elsewhere in the future. I picked up a third battery at the same time for a Tacoma that I hadnt driven in awhile. I had a 7 year battery in that vehicle from Toyota who stands behind their batteries. I asked for an exchange two weeks later, NO RETURN POLICY under ANY circumstances. Still have a $175 battery I cant use. Asked to exchange for a different battery, NOPE. BUYER BEWARE.

Stopped in with my battery that was totally dead but still under warranty and the Interstate team checked and replaced the battery for free. Best part, all professional and no hassle. Main reason I purchased my battery here in the first place.

Not a good experience getting warranty honored through authorize re-sellers/dealers but appreciate the fact that this company stands behind their product/brand. Battery went bad and a free replacement warranty was about to expire in less than two weeks. Searched for authorized interstate battery dealer on a website and one of them was booked for appointments and second was going to charge me half price. I told them I still had till December 4th and even showed them an invoice, but he told me its been 3 years based on the bar code and that didnt make sense. Decided to drive to Interstate headquarters, talked to Oscar the manager and he was very courteous. His staff tested the battery and got it replaced for me very fast. Huge thank you!

Their slogan is Outrageously Dependable but my experience is far from that. My battery lasted less than 4 years on mild use with no winters, and even though it was covered under a performance warranty I still ended up paying $100 for a new one. If their batteries were really so dependable then I would imagine they would put their money where there mouth is and provide a better warranty. I would recommend to not waist the extra money on this brand, because they are just, more expensive, normal batteries, if that

A 6 year battery that didnt make to 1 year.No refunds, just replacement. Why would I want a replacement if the first battery failed? The staff was nice, the company policy of replacement only for a 6 year battery thats lasted a year means no repeat business from me

Ive been buying batteries from this company for 38 years. I was one of their top dealers in the 90s at a large car dealership. This company has gone down hill considerably. Their product quality is very poor now. I never have their batteries meet their warranty time and their warranty replacement is so expensive. If youre over even by a few weeks theres no assistance whatsoever.. Ive had many batteries fail within 3 months and then get a bad attitude when it comes to replacement.. unfortunately the customer service has deteriorated as well. Id rather spend more money for a better product and better service then what Im getting from Interstate Battery.

Bad customer service. I was apparently transparent in the office. Employee acted like I was even there. Told him what I needed and then he tells me my battery is a year older than it really is without even looking up my info. Acted like I was inconveniencing him by coming in and not just taking what bs he was feeding me. When you’re on the clock, leave your attitude at home. Sale lost
