The installers did an excellent job. This was the best remodel experience i have had. Everything went smoothly. I love my new floors!

This is the second property I have used clickonfloors and again, they have done a great job. Eric (Owner) showed up, gave me a detailed estimate, & gave me some good remodel ideas. You can see my ugly floor before and the new LVP flooring and baseboards that they installed. I would highly recommend clickonfloors for anyone wanting a detail oriented contractor.

It was the best experience working with them. The scheduling, installation, and follow-up was a seamless and easy process. We constantly have people compliment us on the carpet and how plush it is. In addition, it was the cheapest out of many stores on Miramar that we were looking at. Definitely recommend!

We had them install floors a few months back and they were BEAUTIFUL. But them we had a water leak and they were ruined. The insurance said that the wood used was no longer available. We were sad, but then we talked to Mona about how sad we were and she was able to acquire the same wood!!! Our floors are back and look as gorgeous as the first time!!! They are so good, we used them twice for the same floor.

This was our first flooring project in San Diego and we were having a hard time finding a flooring company that would give us confidence into moving forward with such an investment. Eric and Mona are the owners and do a fantastic job at following up and making sure everything goes smooth. During the Covid times, Mona kept us in the loop as to the timing of delivery of our flooring from Cali Vynil. Eric personally came to our condo and made all the measurements. His installing crew was led by Rubin who was very detailed and professional. Rubin and his very capable guys made sure the flooring was done perfectly. Its been a couple of months at this time and there are no creaking or other signs of defects. Im quite confident if anything does come up, they will make it right. In fact, during the installation there was an issue with the number of materials that was underestimated. Although this was no fault of Mona and Eric, they did not charge us for the extra material needed. Overall, I am very happy with our flooring and highly recommend Clickonfloors. We were planning on redoing our floors and replacing our old laminate with a newer one. After doing our research and talking to a few shops, we decided to go with clickonfloors. We stopped by this place a few times before actually making a decision and the salespeople inside were always friendly and helpful. The owner, Eric, was very knowledgeable, and based off his recommendations, we actually upgraded to wood floors. He brought over a few plank samples to our house and saw our renovated kitchen. He thought the laminate wouldnt match with our kitchen. He left and brought back wood samples and we were amazed at the difference. If it wasnt for him, we probably would have just installed laminate. He priced out both, and gave us a good deal on the wood, which made upgrading a no-brainer. The installers were very professional and finished the job a couple days faster than originally estimated.

Highly recommend ClickOnFloors! They made installing a new wood vinyl plank floor in a 1,200 sq. ft. condo a breeze. This was a rental condo out of state so I really had to trust that they would be reliable and stay on a tight schedule as new tenants were moving in within a couple weeks. They communicated clearly and the finished flooring was beautiful with all work completed on time with no surprises. Eric with ClickOnFloor went above and beyond to make the process streamlined and stress free, plus he did some needed repairs to damaged wall areas from a prior tenant before baseboards could be installed. He also agreed to move some large, unwanted pieces of furniture left behind by other tenants as well as secure some other cabinets for safety reasons, even making some cosmetic improvements to them. A reliable, professional company that I would hire again in a minute.

The floors which were installed here were completely unleveled. Moreover, the concrete base was applief very sloppy. There were no leveling done practically. They charged us a lot of money, took a lot of time. Then they lied to us that the floor will level itself over time within a perioud of couple months... it has been almost a year and we still have the issue. As we walk floor cracks, makes noises, and wd can visibly see uneven level by the walls. Keeping the story short, we will have to redo the floors... and not with them

Replaced tiles and carpet with wood flooring. The price was reasonable and they did a fantastic job with lots of attention to details.
