Needing new floors? Look no further. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend JR Flooring. I received quotes from three other companies (including HomeDepot) and JR Flooring not only provided an itemized quote, their price was very reasonable. We had them remove all our tile downstairs and carpet upstairs, and put new luxury vinyl in all the rooms, including the stairs. The results are amazing. Arturo did the measurements himself and coordinated everything else with me directly. The crew showed up on time, was very clean and professional and did an amazing job. It took them 5 days start to finish and my final invoice was exactly what I was quoted.

I’m a difficult customer and they went above and beyond to make me happy. It’s a easy choice next time I need flooring, I no longer have to shop around. Beware of this business. These people are abusive. Sue spoke to me in the most vulgar and unprofessional manner I have ever experienced from a company. They were a no show today after I spent hours arranging furniture for the floor to be installed. Please do not count on these people. They appeared to be nice but when asked why they were not at my job as promised became indignant.
