Absolute crooks! Paid over $200 for a cracked screen replacement and in less than 12 hours my screen went dark. They would not fix it unless I paid them more money, and said it was an internal problem, not a screen problem. Took the phone to another repair store and replaced the faulty screen and now phone works perfectly. These people are UNETHICAL and WILL NOT stand by their work and have the guts to blame their poor work on the customer, accused me that I broke the screen even though the 2nd repair shop said it wasnt broken, just defective. Unfortunately it took over $200 for me to learn this. Please DO NOT give these people any of your business at any of their locations.

Nathan and Jacob were the men of the hour! I’m really happy with how my iPhone 7plus came out with the new screen and battery, pretty much brand new. I took my girlfriend also so she can get a new phone battery and she was in awe with it because of how much better it is. They’re really careful and steady with the phones and extremely focused, very professional and will definitely go there again if my phone decides to act funny again.

Stephen was super friendly and super helpful. He explained in detail the different options for replacement screens and the technology involved. We also ended up purchasing a screen protector to prevent further breaking. The job was done very efficiently- prob 15 minutes which was faster than promised! We will come again for sure

Came here for a majora problem with my iPhone 5 that I was struggling with for couple years and they fixed it in 25 minutes!! My iPhone had a problem with charging, few cables would charge it sometimes and many brand new original once would fail. I went to At&t many times and their answer was that I needed a new phone 🙄🙄. I love this place, great service, friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend it to others!! Thank you so much for making my life easy!!

Can’t say enough about this place! I have brought my whole family here for years but recently it seems like they have really stepped up the customer service! Ryan was able to fix mine and my wife’s phone in under 30 minutes. We hadn’t even finished our beers at yard house yet and they were both done. Extremely fast, extremely friendly and professional, and my phone was turned from near garbage to like new! My daughter just got the iPhone X and we went straight from the ATT store to the only place I trust with a $1200 phone. Tech Defense.

These guys are pros! I shopped around for iPhone 5S screen and their price was the best plus a warranty!! The manager Thomas is the best - he was doing the screen when I told him the camera was also broken he fixed it by just reconnecting it and didnt charge me!!! Thats rare service - other places wanted $65 to replace the camera. Nice guys.. They say they can waterproof an iPhone now, I didnt get that done but thats awesome!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I put a polyurethane screen on and it saved my phone from being destroyed. I was getting ready for work and left my phone on the back window of my car. When I closed the trunk the lip of the trunk smashed my phone and I thought my phone was destroyed. When I went to open the trunk the polyurethane had a dent on it but the screen still looks brand new. I would recommend the poly screen protectors to everybody. The cost of the first install of the screen is $30 and it has a life time warranty for $10 a replacement. The owners and workers there are so respectful and polite. They explained everything to me and made sure i understood what they were doing.

Ryan and Martin had my blank screen up and running in a few hours today. Saved my business phone from catastrophe again. A couple years ago I thought it was toast from water damage and they resurrected it. Top notch results, great service. Couldnt be happier

Very bad communication didnt fix my phone the right way. Spent $340 on a screen replacement. Now my screen is showing bright straight lines down the screen. They kept my phone over night for the tech to fix it and never gave me an update. Wouldnt recommend it to no one. Whats the warranty for if their just gonna bullshit around and tell you that you need to spend another $340. 😠

I have an international Samsung Galaxy S7 and I dropped it on the ground and it started internally bleeding (LCD screen got busted even though the glass was in perfect condition). I had called the last place I used to fix a broken screen 1.5 yrs ago and they told me to bring it in. When I got there they told me they couldnt fix my phone because their contract with Samsung didnt allow them to service international phones. (Even though its a Samsung!) I was upset and began calling around to try to find other places to take it or to buy a new phone (still looking for the S7). I was on my way to Best Buy to just buy a new S7 for about $550 and I called Tech Defense and got ahold of Steven. I explained my situation and asked if they had any S7s for sale. He said not in store but they could order it (a few other repair shops had offered this option but I needed a phone that night). I declined and asked if he could fix it even though it was an international version. He verified that it wasnt an abnormal size and then told me that they could and they could do it immediately. So I drove over there and even though Steven had left by then, he had explained to both Martin (the technician) and Ryan (the owner) who I was and my situation. As soon as I got there they knew all about my phone and had already tracked down a few cover options and showed them to me. I chose a white one and then Ryan went and met another dealer half way to get the case. He quoted me 1.5 hours of work time so I left my phone in their hands and ran some errands. I came back right around 1.5 hours later and Martin was done! The phone was fixed, worked perfectly and looked nice. Ryan also gave me a discount on the case itself and I really appreciated it. The guys here are hard working, honest and willing to do whatever to put the customer first. Sadly that is rare these days! That being said though, they have won my business and if I need any other phone repair, Tech Defense will be the first place I go!

Took my phone here to get my iPhone fixed. I had a broken screen, and my front camera didnt work. They able to fix my screen and replaced my front camera. I was also able to get a tempered glass screen protector and custom red carbon fiber wrap on my iPhone. THEY BOTH COME WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY! This place is the only place I will be going to get my phone fixed!

I came in on a Saturday evening and the guy didnt have the part to fix my phone. He said he could order it on a rush as I explained I needed my phone fixed ASAP and he guaranteed me that the part would arrive the next day around 1. I called at 3 the next day and the guy who answered the phone said its impossible for us to get parts next day on a Sunday. Come back on Monday. Super unprofessional. I dont enjoy wasting my time. If I knew the part would not be available the next day I would have gone somewhere else, not just waited around for nothing. Not coming back Monday.

Please do not go here. I have been waiting for a screen for a month. First they said they ordered it and it broke, now they arent calling me back. They never call back and rarely pick up the phone. They have the most unprofessional people working there with no customer service skills. Save yourself the trouble and go some where else
