Reyna is so kind and went above and beyond to help us switch over to the new carrier. It was a breeze and so easy, and Im still thankful she spent her time helping. She even works after hours help finish it the same day.
I have had to deal with may phone companies around the world and this is by far one of there world. people do not waste your time. it will cost you far more in time that it will saving. $20 a month. go with any other provider.After spending 4 hours try fix an issue of porting my number over from metro pcs. the ignorance and lack of care or respect for anything other than their KPIs on how many phone calls they intake. after being passed to multiple people not one staff member pas on any information or added any notes to the account. and 4 days of calling back after being lied to that I would receive a call back.TRAIN YOUR STAFF!TRAIN THEM ON RESPECT!Irember the role is called customer support, and I received no support. the company should really be ashamed of themselves, executives need to take a phone call every now again to ground themselves with the rest problems.for a first experience of being a new customer I am appalled at the disrespectful tones. the lack of empathy.
