Ordered the strawberries, balloons, and flowers late on Tuesday and I got a call from the manager asking if he could have another day. Not a problem since the delivery is in Chula Vista. Flowers looked great, the strawberry in their box was a great presentation, and the balloons made it a perfect gift. Thanks to everyone for the great gift. If you could add one thing, maybe its there but the flowers need a vase as one was not included.

Flowers arrived a mangled mess. 9 stems, 2 filler. Half of the stems were completely missing the flower heads, were broken in half, or crushed. Just gross.

Ordered online, and it was ready when they opened next day. Arrangement was well done with fresh fruit.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I live in VA and wanted to get my siblings who live in the area a nice gift. Well they received it on time, thats great. But whats the point of receiving it on time if its not EDIBLE! They ate a chocolate covered strawberry and found it okay since well its covered in chocolate. But as they tasted and inspected the fruit it was translucent and had a very stale taste to it. The fruits were not fresh, it tasted like they were frozen and not thawed. It was rubbery and not a taste of fresh fruits.I called the location to let them know of the issue. 5/20/19. MIND YOU, it took like 3 calls to this location to have them offer me a BIGGER order to the same people. My siblings said no thanks after the first order that went into the trash. Then they offer me store credit. I told them I live in VA and what am I suppose to do with store credit in San Diego.. PLEASE EXPLAIN.. this. They closed out my complaint with corporate saying they rectified the issue?! They said they didnt receive the pictures of the fruit well, how about now? I am so frustrated, I want my money back. They didnt once apologize or even give me a call to fix this issue. Im fed up and if you can do yourself a favor order elsewhere!-- BTW: check out the response the store gave me. First off, YOU didnt give me a discount, this was a promotion for the company with a promo code. YOU as a store didnt accommodate in anyway. As you can see, no apology! Im telling you dont order from here!

I ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday and the process was so easy and simple! The staff helped me pick out the perfect container and arrangement and even let me add on extra dipped fruits. The arrangement was beautiful and my friend loved the arrangement. I highly recommend ordering through this store!

Great customer service. Was exactly what I ordered. Good quality. I ordered for Fathers Day. They delivered around 230pm. I was hoping to receive by noon before we went to lunch so that he could answer the door. But other then that I was satisfied and he was still surprised. My son put it in the fridge since we werent home but they did offer for pick up or to leave elsewhere if no one was home.

Great experience. Placed order a couple days ahead for my daughters birthday. The arrangement came in a personalized container, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I requested three last minute thank you arrangements. They got them ready very quickly for me. Three small arrangements with thank you balloons plus a box of chocolate dipped fruits and all under $200. Good service!

We ordered an arrangement from this store on Genesee avenue in San Diego California. They did a beautiful job arrangement even looks better than the pictures on the edible arrangements website. I highly recommend this place, very easy to work with him very pleasant.

I can not thank Mike and his staff enough! I wanted to send a delicious assortment to congratulate a friend on her recent promotion but it was close to the end of the day and I was not sure if it would be possible. Mike and his team said no problem, took my order over the phone, and called their driver to make sure the order could be delivered by the end of the day (keep in mind I had only given them about an hour time frame)! Extremely helpful, went the extra mile to accommodate my needs, and were super friendly while doing so! I will definitely be calling Mike and his team at Edible Arrangements again soon! :)

My balloons were deflated and the fruits were falling off the sticks before I even got it and grapes were soft. called on Thursday but because they were busy they would call back well today is Monday and still no call back and that came from the manager at genesee location very poor service if I could give a no star I would......

Bad, bad, bad!!!They took my order on 02/13/2020 and sent me a confirmation email, and a around 6:30 pm I got a voice mail stating they cancel my order !!I was trying to call them for hours and none answer the phone, when some one answer the next day, Rachelle was so rude, she gave me wrong time they closed, the Manager Joe was not helpful at all, made me pay extra for delivery

Really friendly service. Kind and thoughtful. Catered to my needs. Not too bad for the price.

Worker was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave me a sample and suggestions on what to try. Although smoothie was a bit too grainy with large chunks of ice in it.

I just think Edible Arrangements is an awesome product.

In other stores I have had good experiences but in this branch they are too irresponsible with the orders besides rude I will definitely not visit this branch anymore.
