I rarely give 5 star ratings, but in this case it is well-deserved. I found PrintStar after my boss dropped a last-minute project in my lap. I called several other companies, and they either could not hit my short deadline, or their prices were astronomical. So glad that I found PrintStar! They took care of me from beginning to end, delivering ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET!

So after ordering samples for 3-6 months to figure out the right paper to print my book on and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on that. They decide to let me know last minute that they can not print my book because of the Content and it makes absolutely no sense to me because they were printing these samples for me this whole time where I used the same file. This really makes me mad because they are ok with printing these samples that come out to a couple hundred dollars and now when I place in the final order after figuring out the paper and im on a deadline they decide to call me and tell me they dont want to print it because the content. It just really makes no sense to me what so ever, I didnt get a explanation or nothing. They just made me feel like Ive been scammed out of a couple hundred bucks, very unprofessional. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I used PrintStar for poster printing and it was a great experience from start to finish.
