The printer at my location ran out of paper, and after refilling, said it had printed already! I called the customer service line and within two minutes, they had printed my document at my location from their remote location. Would only have lost a dollar, so it’s not a big deal, but so nice to have good, fast customer service. Thanks!!

Just hate calling someone and listening to phone options with no option to speak to a human by pressing 0

I was able to color print a .pdf file quickly and easily. It was my first time using this service and was surprised at how smoothly it worked (also the paper above-standard, nice quality).
