They have a very vast and wide collection. Everything there is organic and complete set is available. Shop is easily identifiable. Response is also too good.I loved Aloe Vera products. Vitamin E products are also good. Himalayan Charcoal products are there and variety is more.I bought an Aloe Vera Night Cream. It was good.

Check out the combos, its almost as if youre getting extra products for the price of only one product. Its a great deal, you just need to notice it. I absolutely love the coconut body butter, it makes my skin super soft and smooth. I like the body mist as well, which is like perfume but less intense. Less impressed with the scrub, seems too rough for face, probably okay for other parts of the body. You can get reward card for free and you get a point for every dollar. At 100 you get 10$ voucher.

The manager in there was awesome, omgoodness! She went through everything with me and answered all of my questions, I am a loyal customer of the body shop, but trust me when I say, I initiated my sister on the spot, we went together, this is the one in the la Jolla mall, utc mall, I strongly encourage everyone to visit this store.

First time Covid shopping here. Very different experience overall, but had a super helpful gal that helped me get together the items I needed (youre not allowed to touch anything). Irritated about Covid, happy with the staff! Super friendly too. Love their products 😍

I like the focus on skin care here as opposed to the great smelling products at Bath and Body Works. Not having grown up with this store, I was surprised by the ethically sourced materials and good reviews from skin care authorities.During covid, only a certain number of customers are allowed in the store, touching is prohibited, and masks are necessary, but I was not put off at all by their safety precautions. I was able to try several products easily.The sales staff was very knowledgeable about their products, but made no skin care promises. I think we will be coming back.

Like their Christmas collections and deals. Notably this year they are handling the COVID situation very nicely - following a no touch policy, strictly monitoring a maximum 4 customers at a time policy inside the store and maintaining social distance and mask rules diligently. Very impressive and I think other stores should follow them in this regard!
