The staff here is super helpful and patient, and their selection is superb. Every year I bring Connect English international students to do a scavenger hunt at this store, and they love it. They learn a lot about costumes and decorations, and get excited to celebrate in America. The staff at Halloween Express is a big part of our success.

The staff here was so amazing, but the manger I believe is Monica was so helpful and kind. I will definitely come back just for her. She is really patient and wants to help you find the perfect costume! This years costume hunting was a success !

The Staff Is Super Helpful, Last Minute Halloween Shopping is not Fun. But Monica Was Beyond helpful and is very knowledgeable on her sizes. If it wasnt for her patients and taking an extra step my kids would not have the Costume they wanted. Thank You Monica For Your Help, Your Awesome!!!!

Check contents before exit. I didnt have a piece of the costume in the package. Amazing selection, a little on the expensive side but worth visiting. Staff was cool too.

Worst experience ever, the manager Eric King insulted me as he threw me out! I had my hand inside a costume package feeling the fabric and he told me had to go to the table, tried to explain I just wantEd to feel how thin the fabric was and he started patronizing me, and when I stopped at the desk to get his name, he started insulting me and making hand gestures and insinuating I was stupid. Im a middle aged nurse, just wanted to feel the fabric. I will never shop at this store again and make sure all my friends and co-workers understand how the MANAGER treats customers

I found a costume that I was debating about Fire Fighter. An employee said there is another Halloween Express across the way u can bring back the outfit if you find another one. She said as long as it was by the 17th. The person at the cash register also said I could return the outfit. I went to the store across the way found a cop outfit. The man cashing me out said the cop outfit is better I came back to bring the outfit the manager said we only do exchanges. I said your two of your employees said I could bring back the outfit twice. The manager said u should have read the receipt. I said u should tell your employees not to tell customers they can return things. She said I cant give your money back. The manager was super rude. I have bought costumes from Halloween express for many many years. Had the employees told me I could only exchange it. I wouldnt have bought. Also the package was missing the belt. I am going to call corporate. Exchanges only guys and make sure u check all the items even the accessories. Poor customer service. The least the manager could have done was take responsibilty for their employees actions by saying I will talk to them about not telling costumers u can return the items.

They’re awesome they have every costume you could possibly think of from babies to adults. The amazing service that Jazmin provided was great, she answered all my questions and helped my find every single costume I needed for my family, big shout out to her !

As i walkes in, i immideately overheated. The products they buy in china for half a dollar and sell it here for over 40 bucks. Terrible quality. Best to go to target and buy your costume there.

Terrible service and policies. I was told that I could exchange an item and when I returned they said the date to exchange had expired. Poor quality products and now Im stuck with the $15 wig that Ill never use. I will never be back.
