These people are fantastic. A perfect team to work with. I am an interior designer and this company is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with.

Unfortunately I have to give the company a one star based on customer service. The order I placed and expressed was of some urgency and I felt somehow this was not taken very seriously. So instead of stating they could not meet the deadline the sale was made and then the excuses began. Also when I asked about returns if the items were ordered in excess my question was simply overlooked. Through a lot of stress the tile came in and does look absolutely beautiful, but the juice wasnt worth the squeeze as they say. Specifically since there are other companies that can provide the same product. I also requested to return the overage I was told that they could not do this ( no idea why unopened boxes simply cannot be shipped back and refunded). After much to do I was told it would cost me 25 % restocking fee what supplier charges them to restock. I called the manufacturer directly and was told it was 15 % and that I could ship the items back on my own. So there it is there another lie. Overall I would not recommend this company and will have to go through legal channels as well as my card company. Btw at these price points ( I paid over $4000 for tile) a customer satisfaction on over all experience should be taken in to account rather than the possible commission being made by the sales person. Incredibly disappointed and wont be back for many of my other projects.

Now I am happy with the purchase of my quartz countertops by LG through Stone Systems. The quartz initially had a suction cup ring on the island after it had been installed. I contacted Stone Systems about the issue and the company sent a representative out who was able to remove the ring by buffing it out with a quartz buffing pad and a product called Stone and Glass Scrub by Stone Pro. Thank you for resolving our concern.

Huge selection of tile. Biggest weve seen in this area. Giant beautiful slabs in abundance and a few pre-fab for quicker, cheaper countertops.Also, very helpful staff, knowledgeable and work with other cabinet makers to make the process smooth. Highly recommend for the selection alone.

The team at Stone Systems is fantastic. I worked with Emily and she was engaged, did a great deal of work on the back end, and ensured that I ended up with everything that I need to complete my renovation. We were so impressed with your showroom. We were in need of backsplash ideas for our kitchen, and were pleasantly surprised at the large inventory you had available for us to view and play with. We worked with Chris, then Linda. They were both great. Linda helped us design the tile for two showers, was great working with my daughter and her ideas, and quickly understood both the design we were going for and the price level we needed too. Highly recommend them.

Thank goodness for Emily!As mentioned in prior reviews, its a bit overwhelming going into Stone Systems due to their large variety of quality counter-tops, back-splash, flooring, etc. The pro is that its a one stop shop for your remodel needs. They do not sell to the public so make sure you have your fabricators information handy. I looked at 6+ slab places in Mira Mesa and Chula Vista prior to making my way to Stone Systems and felt every place offered the same quality of slabs. Emily greeted me as soon as I walked into the business and was very helpful in the process of me trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my kitchen. Emily presented ideas and didnt give up until I was satisfied.Kudos to you Emily, keep doing what you do to make customers feel important and not rushed. @Stone Systems, you are lucky to have her as an employee that represents your company!

Amazing selection. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Linda is incredible! Weve been to a bunch of tile/countertop places in the course of our remodel and Stone Systems was head and shoulders above the rest.

My all time favorite tile person is Miguel Atempa. He is genuinely a splendid human being. He is kind, courteous and goes the extra mile to please his customers. I think the selection at Stone Systems is fresh. They are keeping up with the most modern of selections for flooring tiles and also back splash. I have always been well served by Miguel. He is a gem and the show room sparkles.

Ive looked many places for quartz countertops and have been frustrated at the lack of help Ive received. I worked with Jose at Stone Systems and he was fabulous. He took so much time with me and helped me with selections and different backsplashes. Ill definitely buy there they have been so wonderful

I’ve spent countless hours visiting different distributors and stone system has the best selection and great showroom. But what made me purchase from them was the professionalism, attention to detail, and information that’s was given by Jose Murillo. He’s not only knowledgeable about the items they sell (whether quartz, marble, granite, etc) but also very knowledgeable about how fabrication works, giving me a complete view of how the entire process works. Best person I’ve worked with and will absolutely recommmend Jose to anyone I know looking for countertops. He goes above and beyond his work and is proficient in his craft. Even if you don’t purchase from him, you will learn more from him than anywhere (i.e Internet) and anyone else.

Known Larry and Chris for years. They always are there for my customers needs. So easy to deal with from a—z. They nail the three p’s professional, price point, and prompt.

I was sent up to this place by our cabinet company (J and J Cabinets in Santee) to look at full size slabs of the color that we had selected in their showroom and this place was awesome. Our cabinet guy told us they had tile and everything too and we are so glad we came up here. We were able to see the slabs and the best part was that it was inside and not outside in the sun and hot weather we have been having lately like some other places we saw. We ended up finding a really great backsplash tile to use as well that went really well with the backsplash. We found that they seemed to have more unique choices here than we saw at the other couple of places we stopped to look at. I would definitely suggest anyone else we know to come here and take a look at all the great choices they have to offer.

People there know what their doing. My fabricator took me here to choose a slab. The staff knew more than my guy about the stone itself. Prices for the backsplash tile and the slab were both as good as it gets. Lots of the same stuff as Walker Zanger.

After weeks of searching for the perfect new quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel, I was utterly frustrated with 4 x 4 samples and on-line photos. I came across Stone Systems while googling around for a Cambria slab showroom in San Diego, that was near the Silestone showroom, that was near….you get the idea. Stone Systems not only had rows and rows and rows of Cambria, Silestone, Polarstone and others slabs, Emily was awesome at helping us choose matching tile, backsplash and pretty much everything we needed to make our decision. She has a spot-on design sense and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Stone Systems and Emily.
