Do not use Remy service! He Charged me $79 for a digitizer and display plus another $47 for the labor to fix my crack outer iPhone glass. He said there was something wrong with my 3D Touch which I never had problem thus the whole screen had to replaced. The screen still isnt installed properly after 2 trips to the shop. 1 corner of screen makes squeaky sound when press on it. He told me You need to press the screen until it go back into the bracket there isnt any bracket to press back into. The screen went black after a week of use and never light up again. - $126 wasted.

Sent in for a screen repair in the end of Oct 2020. Little communication and I had to follow up multiple times to see if my phone arrived my mail and when it would be returned back to me. Upon receiving it, the screen was faulty (extra sensitive and would often react odd to the touch) but I had been without my phone for almost two weeks so I didnt want to contact and not have it again for a couple weeks. My fault for not dealing with it then...Jump again to 3 months later, the screen literally starts coming apart from the top but somehow still working. I had not dropped it, always had a case on it and there is zero damage to the any part of the phone. By midday, half the screen was off and then the screen was not working. I immediately shut it off and contacted iRefresher where I was told that this was my fault and not covered under warranty. I am no apple tech but for what its worth, another repair shop told me it was a poor repair job that caused the problem.Their website states that all parts are covered under a lifetime warranty which is clearly not the case. I was told that it was my fault and there is no way for me to prove otherwise. I am someone who never writes reviews, this might be my first ever but it feels dishonest to claim that you offer a lifetime warranty on parts but the minute a part breaks, you are told well it must be user error...on top of the poor communication from the beginning.

Went to them to repair my iPhone and was very pleased. High quality service and high quality repair at affordable pricing. Walked away satisfied. Definitely recommend them

Sent in for a screen repair. Six months later stopped working. Says there is a one year warranty on parts and labor but iRefresher claims I damaged the phone. Don’t trust this business. A warranty is a warranty. Unless explicitly stated “limited warranty” with the limitations defined then the business is required by law to make the repair.Not worth my time or trouble to pursue further. Don’t make the same mistake.Had it fixed by a reputable supplier who told me the iRefresher replacement screen was a substandard part and failure was inevitable.Recommend you avoid iRefresher.No new damage. That’s what he says.Bottom line... iRefresher does not honor its warranty!

Took forever to respond to my messages and could never get a correct answer. took so long to ship it back, and not only that he replaced my oled screen with an lcd which was not what i payed for, i payed for a glass repair. fraudulent company do not buy from. phone is also much buggier after the fact it is super obvious the interior parts were tampered with. i would appreciate my money back for the cost of the phone aswell as the “glass repair”

Service was fast and friendly. However, i strongly advise against the screen protectors offered. It’s tempered plastic not polymer or glass. They literally can break from applying on to your phone or with the flick of a finger - i don’t see what good or protection this offers. I guess you get what you pay for. I swapped my old screen protector- which had the smallest crack but still survived countless drops without further cracks- and of course i drop my phone shortly after the new screen protector and the protector and my actual phone cracked - talk about bad luck. Get what you pay for. They did offer replacement screen protectors when I mentioned it, but what’s the point if I’m it doesn’t do anything to protect the screen. I guess it’s just a scratch protectorUpdate December 27, 2018:I had been busy since my original post. However, since that time Remmy was able to find a solution and resolved the issue. They looked at it and realized it was a slightly easier fix than they thought after my description over the phone, checked for parts: yes! and fixed it on the spot!! (including installing the replacement battery I was installing when I ripped a couple ribbon cables - super cool!) So I continued on my trip with my fresh iphone and everything worked great! Everything was good until he was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Didn’t call me back at time of appointment and wasted my time. Treated me like he didn’t care or like he was the only iPhone repair guy in San Diego. Found another company. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY THE TIME OF DAY. Rather find someone who is reliable and professional then cheap and sleazy.

This was by far the worst service I ever received. The customer service I received from Remy was horrible and very unprofessional. He made me feel like I couldnt afford his services and was very rude to me. I needed a screen replacement for an iPhone 8 and his pricing on his websites didnt reflect the pricing he told me in person. He tried charging me almost double the price!!! Ridiculous,hes only out to get your money rather than being professional. I will never do business with him!!

Remy lured me in with his cheap advertisements for OEM replacements. Come to find out he is a scam artist utilizing advertisements and other platforms to deceive his customers. He does not profit off $20 screen repairs, he steals parts from your phone and replaced them with aftermarket $2 China parts in order to make his money:Its sad to see a business owner have to resort to making his business mobile and taking advantage of long distance customers to make a living. I hope I put some food on your plate Remy, you obviously need it more.

I cracked the screen on my brand new iPhone and found iRefreshers ad stating broken screen repair replacement service OEM. Unfortunately my screen randomly cracked again and I found out that it was not an OEM screen, and far from OEM quality.No problem, I sent my phone to my regular shop Id been using for years before I got cheap and tried Remy. My shop let me know that my LCD wasnt original and they would be sending my phone back since they cannot put an OEM screen on an aftermarket LCD and gurantee their work.I contact Remy inquiring about my LCD since he is the only person to have touched this phone as it was only a month old when he repaired it. Remy said he did his job and to stop contacting him. It is unfortunate that he baits you in with an affordable repair price but deceives you and steals your original parts replacing them with cheap Chinese ones without your knowledge when they had no business being touched in the first place.Feel free to cruise by if youd like to have your phone tampered with and for an angry man to tell you to leave him alone like a child.*UPDATE* I did not ask the owner for any compensation. I let the owner know I broke my phone again and my repair facility told me that remy himself for some reason or another replaced my Original Apple LCD which is worth a lot of $ for a cheap Chinese one without my authorization when it was not damaged and my phone was only there for a screen repair. Remy offers a one year warranty, I only asked about the warranty due to what he did to my LCD when I only payed $20 for my screen and an LCD would cost much more and was never mentioned or needed. This is illegal and as soon as I receive the screen remy replaced my OEM with from my current repair facility I will be contacting the BBB.

I brought in my old iPod Video for a new hard drive & battery & I was informed of a new aftermarket upgrade that allowed me to transform my iPod into a 512GB high capacity beast utilizing a circuit board iFlash adapter & microSD memory. The owner explained the upgrade process to me & I left the iPod with him for the day. He was able to successfully install the iFlash & upgrade the memory. He also recommended installing a new high capacity battery & brand new front & back covers, which I elected to do. When I picked up the iPod it looked brand new & seemed much faster.
