Absolutely LOVE this location and the entire team. Romeo (the manager) is extremely, patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. His entire staff was friendly and attentive. I had a nightmare situation I was deadline with trying to switch carriers. The problem was NOT on their end, and still they went above and beyond to help me.

The only two employees working tonight at 07:00 were talking sports and having a good ole time. There were multiple people waiting in line and those who were waiting left. I was told it would just be a “bit”. A bit turned into 15 minutes. No transactions were being made upfront. I left the store and called them about my inventory question. The worker than said he would check the back. I could see him through the window just standing there for 15 minutes laughing.I hung up called again and he got an attitude saying the item isn’t in stock. He didn’t even check! In the time I stood there I watched 12 customers leave the store angry. Great way to run a business! I found the item in question at the T-Mobile across the street. The potential customers who left were getting helped by the busy workers across the street who greeted and were working with a sense of urgency. I will be contacting corporate!

There was one man who was extremely rude to us. I understand its COVID but there is a nice way about going and reminding people about keeping our distance. Need to improve their customer service skills. Dont treat us like criminals.

The manager Adam was refusing to return a phone that we were told could be returned to any TMobile store. The are strucly retail at this store. No repair. Adam didnt do the return until I sat on the phone with TMobile to cancel my service. They arent interested in anything that resembles customer service.

Needed to get off my ex-girlfriends plan and onto my own after she gave me a phone. Two reps basically told me their was literally nothing they could do and tried finish our interaction and get me out of their store as soon as possible. Trust me I have worked service since I was 16 (now 28) and I know what this looks like. Jason swoops in and lets me know that there is nothing we can do with my existing phone and Ill have to drop $700 on a new phone, but my monthly cost will be free since I was getting put on a business plan. I was okay with spending that $700 the whole time and I spent another $200 on a Bluetooth speaker, all I needed was someone to explain to me what the heck was going on and what my options are instead of just trying to rush me out the door so they can go on their smoke breaks or whatever! Thanks Jason!

The employees at this store have no customer service and dont even know their own system. Went to get some assistance with my phone thats is constantly going in to roaming and the didnt help or even look at my phone. Stay away from this store

Came into this Sprint Store as I needed to switch phones that I previously purchased. Even though I did not buy anything, Benton provided excellent service and had great conversation for the brief time that I was there. He was quick to switch the service from one of my phones to the other. I am in the customer service industry, and Benton was polite, down to earth and real with his conversations. Truly exceptional.

Horrible experience. Horrible billing system! I ordered two phone there and visit 5 times to make my bill right. Actually, not sure yet. The salesman does not help. If you have choices, avoid this company. You think get good deal, you will pay it in another way.

I don’t think I could say enough good things about this store and the employees. They have been beyond helpful in helping me port my lines over from another carrier that I was not too happy with they went far and beyond my expectations their customer service is impeccable all the staff works together you could definitely tell they are a team if you’re not happy with your current carrier or looking for new carrier I highly highly recommend the store especially Jason Mallery and one of the managers Anthony. Helping me took a little longer than expected and they were very patient and explained everything to me never did they make me feel like I was putting them out for staying extra this is a top-notch team this place deserves 10 stars.

On top of being extremely lazy, the knowledge the employees have at this store is close to none. I came in and spoke with Carlos and he gave me no help. He just watched me try and handle my situation with Sprint customer service on the phone instead of helping me out. I was at the store for almost 2 hours!! The store manager was right beside him and still I received no help. I had no help from either of them and they both knew I didn’t have a long time since I am deploying Sunday. Instead of spending time with my family before I leave, I spent almost 2 hours at sprint calling customer service because the employees were lazy. I came to the sprint location on Pomway Rd and I am relieved to say that my situation was handled. The employees at Pomway we’re unsure how to help me at first but instead of turning me away, they tried every possible measure to assist me. How could a corporate store not help me but a mom-corporate store helped me in less than 10 minutes.The sprint store at Carmel mountain should take note on how to give good customer service, especially Carlos. Utterly unsatisfied.

I was originally apprehensive to visit this location due to the bad reviews, but I’m happy to say that I had the best experience at this store. The customer service was great. Josh helped me upgrade my phone and he was so helpful and the process was smooth. I am very happy with the service I received at this location.

I needed a new SIM card for my new phone and Prince helped me out even when I didnt buy anything. He was very quick and got me in and out of the store in 5 minutes. He explained everything as the phone was updating and answered all of my questions. If i ever need anything else with regards to Sprint, I will be sure to return and ask for Prince.

Clearly the associates on this store are not informed about the policies of cancelling lines. They lie to you about getting a new line and assuring you THEY will cancel as soon as you turn in the phone. Do not come to this store, not only are they hovering like hungry seagulls trying to sell you something they will lie to get you on board.

I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years and have been to this store many times. The crew presently running the store provide the worst customer service I ever experienced. They kept me waiting for over 30 minutes, while there was one other customer in the store.

2/8/21-The most incompetent and unpleasant staff I currently know of; across the street, fortunately(at the independent T-Mobile store) they are capable of porting over numbers and selling you a flagship phone- the initial goals. Devon insisted my number could not port from Att, then sold me a different phone than I asked for, refusing to go grab the other one when it pointed it out and insisting the one he was holding was the latest and greatest. I called the store back right after I left, noticing no sim tray in the budget phone in the box theyd actually sold me, so I couldnt even use it. They then refused to take that phone back, even though it hadnt ever been turned on or used.a Across the street T-Mobile by saks 5th ave was my next stop. They ported the number with no issues and sold me the biggest fanciest phone they had- the same afternoon as the other store botched both.2years ago-This is the miniature dmv...deceptively short lines mislead one to believe they arent going to spend an hour or more there everytime and finish with not everything squared away-exactly like the dmv.

No one here is trained. I went in last week to trade in 2 iPhones, the employee didn’t know how to process it. I went in again today, different employee, and she didn’t know how to process the exchange. I wasted 45 minutes today and still have 2 iPhones that I would like to trade in. Why are these employees on the floor if they are not ready to perform simple tasks? Or at least supply them with some step by step guide. Awful! Time to find a new provider, I’ve been with Sprint too long.

Not happy at all. The man behind counter was fine, but the process is went through just to get denied and walk out with no purchase was bad customer experience. Went through a credit check, and even though I have 2 forms of ID, one being my SS card, I was made to answer about 10 questions which where super confusing to verify it was me . That took loke 10 extra mins. Then Sprint employee told me I was declined for service and would get a letter . Ok thats not their fault, fine, but then I ask about prepaid plans and litterally there is nothing. So Im forced to leave Sprint, a phone store, with no phone !!!!! Man... What a weird and unsatisfied feeling. I chose Sprint over like 20 other options .

Horrible customer service. There were 2 sales associates and they were more interested in talking to eachother than helping a potential customer. Waited 25 minutes to get help and never received it. When a LG sales rep walked in I was completely overlooked and the sales lady proceeded to help the LG rep. Never once asking me what I needed. Walked out after that.

Went to the store a total of 3 times to switch, one of them just to double check something. I worked with the store manager each time, he was really easy going and helpful. There were a couple small delays getting everything setup, but I took advantage of 3 deals that really made the switch from Verizon worthwhile:1) 50% off my current plan, while this was based on Verizons stock plan (I was getting a couple discounts before), it was still $15/month for unlimited call+text and 1GB LTE data which was $5 cheaper than what I was paying at Verizon. A big difference was, there are no overages (Im not sure if Verizon charges for overages, but I verified that Sprint does not). If I exceed 1GB data, it just slows down to 2G speeds with no extra charge (I only really use maps and email, so this is perfect for me).2) Sprint covered my switching fees, which included the ~$400 balance on my Verizon phone payment plan. Not only did they cover it, but I got the Amex gift card about a week after I signed the service contract. The way it works is, you need to have your current phone in good working condition (this seems to be really flexible though...), you bring in an invoice for closing the line, or a current bill showing the remaining balance of your phone payment plan. The Sprint guy scans the copy and sends it in, then Sprint mails you a postage paid rush delivery envelope for you to mail the phone that youre paying off in and you just drop it off (I think it was UPS). Once Sprint receives it, they mail you an American Express gift card that you then use to payoff your current provider. This sounded like it would take a while when I heard about it and I was a little concerned that it may not come before I owe my next monthly bill to Verizon, but the entire process from start to finish only took about a week and a half.3) Sprint (currently) has a refer a friend deal going on where, if you know someone who uses Sprint, you and them can register as referral and referee on Sprints site and each of you receives a $50 American Express gift card. My friend and myself filled out the referral forms about a week ago, and Ill admit we havent received the gift card yet, but Im hopeful after #2 was so painless that it will come soon.I can only speak for the store manager and Sprint corporates responsiveness (although I saw one other employee that seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful), but my experience at this store was phenomenal compared to the service Ive had at the couple Verizon stores Ive been to (the Verizon stores Ive been to really made me skeptical on trusting anything anyone says at a phone carrier sales store). Im not sure why all the other reviews are so negative, but I can only guess that typically only people with negative experiences tend to post reviews about places like this...?

I have been in this store a number of times and always have the WORST time. There is never anyone in the store, so youd think the sales associates would be more willing to help you. One girl needed to work on my phone so I unlocked it and handed it over and she proceeded to go through my phone, commenting on my text messages and emails, and Im all for joking around, but this was SUPER unprofessional. At another visit I was trying to decide whether or not to reactivate an old phone or purchase a new one and the girl said that it was more work for her if I purchased a new one so I should just reactivate my old phone. Another time I called to ask a question because the website was down and I could not check on my account and the man that answered said he couldnt help me, I asked if he could just try to bring up my account and he said he already knew he wouldnt be able to answer my question by looking. I hung up and called another sprint store and they pulled up my account and answered my question right away. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I really do like Sprint, but every time I visit this store it makes me consider canceling my service with them. I now try to call online or customer service with any questions or visit the Poway store.
