Great customer service! They installed my door a few years ago and reminded me that it was time for a service. Scheduling was easy and I got a text when the tech was on the way with a picture of him and a little bit about him. He did a great job and on line payment was super easy too! I wish more people had this kind of service.

They were very thorough in providing the information I needed. The price was fair, no waiting for an order; it was installed the next day. The installer worked efficiently, explained everything clearly and completed the job on time. I would definitely refer to my family and friends.

My old garage door motor died over the Labor Day weekend. I couldn’t keep door closed so had to unplug it. ADS sent their excellant technician Jorge out to my house the morning I called . He diagnosed the problem immediately. He attached a temporary latch so I could lock my garage.Recommended a really great replacement motor and which he installed2 days later. He was knowledgeable and able to give me great advice on the functioning and maintainanceOf my new garage door Lift Master motor. I’m very pleased and impressed with ADS and Jorge and highly recommend them.

Although the reason for my service call did not present itself (of course), and therefore could not be diagnosed, the gentlemen who came to service my garage door did provide an overdue tune up service to my garage door and it now runs much more quietly and smoothly than it has since it was installed in 2014.

All aspects of the ADS garage door inspection conducted today were excellent. The ADS inspector notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival which was very helpful in preparing for his visit. On arrival, the inspector immediately began his inspection carefully checking the critical parts of the garage door. He viewed all the parts of the garage door mechanisms and carefully lubricated all the moving parts. He located one loose connection on the door roller stantion and correct the deficiency. Overall, the ADS inspector conducted a complete and detailed inspection of the garage door system. Excellent inspection that will ensure continued safe and reliable operation of of our garage door. I was expecting to need a new motor for my garage door, as my unit was 12 years old, and I had some problems with it last year. It wouldnt open or close completely, which was the problem from before. Naturally, it started working the morning of my appointment, but I decided to have it checked out anyway.Jorge, the technician, came out and could find nothing wrong with the unit and told me that I didnt require anything to be done. He couldnt explain what my problem had been, as everything worked fine when he came. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need, and he explained in detail how my door worked and how to trouble shoot.Since he had already come to my home, I had him service the hinges, the spring, etc. at a nominal fee in addition to the house call. I was pleased to have avoided a costly replacement motor and door, at least for now.

Courteous tech arrived on time and completed the routine maintenance tune-up in about 30 minutes.

Ive been a customer with ADS for about 20 years. Starting with them replacing my garage door opener when I had a wooden door. Then springs for the same door, then a new roll up door in 2008. This week we replaced our roll up door with a new one as our old one got run into and was bent. Justin went out of his way to find us the door we chose and what should have taken 4 to 6 weeks to get he got in 2 weeks, all this during the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to current changes in construction we needed to replace our opener also. The entire team of ADS were professional in every detail. The products sold are of top quality and very competitively priced. ADS is an honest company to work with, I will continue to do business with them as needed, definitely 5 stars.

Our technician went above and beyond the normal maintenance service. Id like him to know that I found the source of the mysterious chirp. He was right; it was an old smoke detector that my husband boxed (along with a security system keypad that had been replaced) and put on the shelf. We thank him for his endeavors to find where the chirp was coming from.

Our garage door was not closing correctly and needed service. I called ADS and was given a call back to schedule and appointment within and hour. The tech arrived on time and after inspecting the door noted that one of the cables was frayed and this was causing the issue of the door not closing properly. Jorge had the replacement cable on his truck and replaced the cable and serviced the door in less than two hours. The team at ADS was terrific. I will not hesitate to call them again when we need our garage door serviced.

Got an appointment within 2 days of calling which was perfect for me. Also they have a text messaging system to both confirm your appointment and remind you of that appointment the day before.The Tech (Jason) also called a half hour before getting to the house to let me know he was on his way.Jason explained what work was needed, gave me the estimate and asked if I had any questions.Jason was efficient and completed the work as agreed, then again asked if I had questions about the work he had completed.I am very happy with the whole process from making the appointment to the work that was done to the professional way the Tech approached and completed the job.

Our garage door spool was completely loose and kept ripping out of its socket, causing the garage door to open and close unevenly and to bend the tracks. My husband and I decided to get our garage door and motor completely replaced, since the garage door was most likely original to the house. We used Costco to get a good deal on garage install, and they partnered us up with ADS.From the get go, ADS was incredibly responsive and helpful. We got a call the next day, and someone came out soon after that. The representative took the time to explain everything, break down costs, and show us different costs of different options. We were never pressured to go for the more expensive thing, just what he recommended for the most efficient garage door.Jorge, who was our installer, did an amazing job. He took apart out entire garage setup, tracks and all, and installed the motor, the outdoor keypad, new opener, and garage door to perfection. Also, our garage door is almost completely silent, and we also have the option to open and close our garage door through our phones. He made sure once he completed everything that I was super satisfied with the job, and he even finished the entirety of the job himself in a span of three hours! Text message the morning of the appointment with a picture of Justin and a short biographical note. When he arrived, Justin explained the tuning procedure in detail. The work only took a short time but the end result was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend ADS both for the original installation as well as the subsequent service.
