Staff is great but the store is understaffed,stuck with inadequate POS terminals and in efficient processes. Lines are always long and system is super slow or goes out completely. Liquor is locked up In the aisle so the clerk has to go get it for each customer every time someone wants to purchase. One by one, so the whole line has to wait. Same issue when someone wants the scooped ice cream. Need a better process. While the staff is being challenged with long lines; bums are just walking in and out steeling products with ease.

I have always loved Rite Aid and shopping there, and its a great place to get your medication, and I just love there Icecream...
