If I could give them 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment with them because I’ve been having sensor issues where my car won’t stop while on pro pilot assist. They guaranteed me it would be driven and tested out. Well. I take my car in. The service tech takes it for no lie…. 5 min and comes back says it’s fine. He said he drove it on the freeway and roads within 5 min. In total they put in 5 miles in my car. He then comes back and tried to sell me on an alignment. I had just done my maintenance no more than 2 weeks ago… and have been taking my car in every week with this issue. They wouldn’t even tell me what kind of alignment it needed… Now I know how this works… I do car sales and I know service sales lol. They kept my car for 2 days and didn’t do anything to it…. I live 45 min away. What a waste of time
My wife and I came in to test drive the 2021 Q50 Red Sport and Austin was very, very helpful. He knew his inventory like the back of his hand and have very great insight about Q50’s competitor models. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Austin for your next purchase!
This was a decent experience. This is the first time I had my car serviced there. Compared to Scottsdale Infiniti or Coulter Infiniti in Arizona, it’s definitely not as nice or as “luxury.” I just expected a loaner (as every dealer I’ve ever used in the past 7 years has always had one ready on arrival) they didn’t have one — which was fine. I shouldn’t have assumed anyways. I was able to work from there for a couple hours. Waiting area didn’t have all the amenities like the other ones but it was clean and comfortable. My service tech Sean was excellent. Very clear and accurate on cost and time.

I came in for an oil change. I was greeted pleasantly and given an estimated wait time. While waiting in the wait lounge, I was able to get some work done using the free wifi and comfortable tables. My car was ready within the estimated wait time. The service rep shared some issues that should be monitored and I was on my way.

Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my life. I recently purchased a new-to-me Infiniti Q60 and I took it in to make sure it received it’s 60k service. While this was the most expensive routine maintenance I’ve ever had on a vehicle it was also the best. They went over my vehicle and completely reconditioned it and detailed it! They definitely made my introduction into the Infiniti brand an impressive one.

Absolutely amazing!! Adam and fellow team members worked their best to get me in the shop and back on the road as soon as they could with amazing work. Had to get a belt replacement and rear brakes done, couldn’t say anything better than the best service! Constant updates on what was being done and what needed to get done. Just to top it off, a complimentary car wash to leave my car looking better than how I brought it.

Was told Id be the first one to look at a used vehicle as it was just traded in and it had not hit the lot yet, but as soon as it arrived Id be the first to look at it. Got called that the car was on the lot and told them I would be there shortly. I drove 45mins to look at it, just for the GM to sell it to someone who was looking at another vehicle and DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE ONE I WANTED EXSIST UNTIL IT WAS PULLED OUT FRONT WAITING ON ME TO ARRIVE TO TAKE A LOOK.....aside from the terrible management call....HUGE s/o to Brandon for his professionalism, outstanding knowledge and help, I know this was not his fault as he did go to fight for me, but huge lack by management on this call....guess they got the sell though.....
I am extremely happy with my recent service! Sean went out of his way to help me multiple times. I brought my car for service regarding a warning message about a daytime headlight and a malfunctioning sunshade for my moon roof. After finding out the sun shade was not covered under my extended warranty Sean advocated for me and was able to cover the cost of the very expensive sun shade. At first the mechanic could not make the warning message for light reoccur however, when I picked up the car and Sean drove it to me he noticed the message pop up and was able to take to it to the mechanic. Next, I was told that the very expensive light was not covered under my extended warrantly. However, after I pointed out that I previously brought the car in (when it was under warrantly) for the same issue Sean once again after multiple tries in multiple ways to get this service also covered for me. I am so happy with service I have received both from Sean and from Infitinity in general that I will not only be a customer for life, I will also tell all my friends and family about the wonderful service provided by Infinity!

Experience of acquiring a new car is more difficult than any other time. At the Kearny Mesa Infiniti we have received an entirely different and positive experience in returning and trading a leased vehicle to a new one.We have had several Infiniti products as Infiniti repeated customers and the few latest ones have been through the same Dealership. The service and warranty issues have always been resolved at best and par with excellent reputation of Infiniti products.At this time due to lack of availability of all cars and in particular the one SUV model that we intended to lease, the shopping for a new SUV was a hard task.Thanks to efforts and dedication of the management at the dealership namely Sam Cena and his team, Nader Ostad The sales manager we could reach a favorable deal in acquiring exactly what we needed. Sam Cena went way out of his way to assure meeting all all our expectations.Also thanks to their sale associate Parham for arranging and delivery of the SUV and full explanation of all functions professionally and kindly.

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER:When we bought our infinity QX50 in 2017, we added 3 yr (30,000 miles) service package at an additional cost close to $3K. Due to Covid, we havent used our car much in last 18 months. I called Infinity early Jan 2021 to check if the service package is still holds good if I bring car few months later. I was told I can wait until 30K miles and bring the car for service.Couple of weeks ago, when I brought the car for service (at 30K miles), I was told we no longer covered with service package. Infinity mentioned me that whoever I talked to in Jan, they gave incorrect information.Guess what, I ended up paying $575 for service. It would have costed less than that if we got correct information from them in Jan. They dont take any responsibility for that.I gave 3 rating becoz the asscoiate who worked with us that day tried his best to reduce the cost of the service by applying bunch of coupons.I started to think that Kearny Mesa infiniti is expensive, & ripping the customers. Will have to find another car service center for future services.
I have taken both of my vehicles (a 2015 Q50S and a 2015 QX60) to this dealership for all service and maintenance needs since they were originally purchased.While the service for the vehicles is always good, my most recent experiences have been disappointing. After having a bad run of luck with picking up foreign objects in tires (on each vehicle, though spread out by several months), there was no concession/consideration given to extend the road hazard warranties on the new tires I purchased through them due to reduced driving as a result of COVID. While not everything should be attributed to COVID, tire road hazard warranties are generally based on mileage and wear on the tire, as opposed to an arbitrary timeframe. When I got a flat on my Q50S, I was about a week outside of the one year warranty, which resulted in being charged for half the tire (as it would have otherwise been free). Of note, at the timed the tire had something in the neighborhood of 5-6k miles on it. Months later, the QX60 picked up a nail, and this was greater than two years past tire installation (though the tires themselves had less than 9k miles on them and close to original wear on the 65k rated radials), which resulted in a full charge for the tire. Given the low mileage on the tires in both situations, I would have expected more consideration in terms of warranty support.Separately, I had a particularly poor experience the last time I took the QX60 in (which was the tire I just mentioned). During the standard multi-point inspection, two “critical” issues were identified, but neither was reported to me. Of note, I sat in the dealership as the tire was being assessed and replaced, and I was spoken to multiple times about the status of that repair. I only learned about the multi-point issues after I got home and reviewed the emailed report. Even more conserving than the issues that were identified, the service representative noted on the report that “customer declined service”. So, not only did I fail to get notified of the issue, the Service department went so far as to decline the service on my behalf. Of course, if either of these problems worsens or causes a secondary failure, this report will be referenced when they refuse to cover the additional issues/damage. Comically, one of the issues that was identified was a torn rubber boot on a lower control arm linkage, and as I was in the dealership with my car in the air for tire service/repairs, I would have likely opted to have the problem corrected to save both my time for waiting and potentially some of the costs associated with labor.In summary, the work has been good, but the lack of warranty support coupled with poor service experiences lately may push me in another direction in the future.

Initially came in for oil change service. Airbag light was on and they diagnosed it quickly. It was a major repair but Darryl my service advisor advised me to call Infiniti consumer affairs since problem was close to a recall issued for my vehicle and they fixed it through dealer. I would recommend Kearney Mesa Infiniti for any repairs on Infiniti vehicle necessary.
Excellent service! The dealership provided me with a loaner car during a big fix. Initially came in for a turbo leak but came out with a few more separate repairs covered by the warranty. Adam even gave me a call to provide detailed information on the repairs.
Had to have my engine and turbos replaced in my Q50. Once the parts arrived, it took less than 3 days for the repairs to be completed. Much faster than I expected. Gilbert kept in constant communication through the entire project, and was absolutely great to work with.
Gilbert is more than helping, actually caring for customers and their needs !! This place is organized and professional all around. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Brakes were making a little squeak. Dropped in without an appointment. Gilbert took a quick look at them but couldn’t make a good enough check so he brought it back and put it up on the rack and the shop pulled the tires and checked all around. Still have plenty of pad and no hot spots on the disks. Total time about 30mins. A job well done again. Have never left here disappointed.

I walked in on a Thursday to test drive the Q60 red sport and was directed to speak with Anthony. After a few minutes he got me in the white Q60 with beautiful red interior. After test driving around for about 10-15 minutes and falling in love with the car, Anthony gave me some information about leasing and financing and I went on my way to talk to my family and get the finances in order. Never felt pressured to buy or choose on the spot like my past experiences with buying a new car. I contacted Anthony the following day to inform him I was waiting on my pre-approval, answered some questions that I had about the car that I forgot to ask during the test drive and that I changed my mind on the color of the car and went with the red and he even got me the one with the black grille and vents! I returned Saturday morning with a check from my bank, however he told me I was approved with them for a better APR (0%!). Waited a little bit longer to speak with JP their finance guy and signed the papers and I was on my way. I never spent so little time at a dealership before and yet never a much better experience! Anthony and his team were a dream to work with.

Adam did an EXCELLENT job with the service on my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. I made an appointment for my 70k mile service. In addition to the service, Adam took the time to go through my vehicles service history and recommended an optional Differential Service, ATF Transmission, and Engine Coolant Flush. I opted for the service as it was due. He included the 50k mile club discount. In addition, my run-flat tires were also due to be replaced so I replaced all 4. They had a Buy 3 get the 4th tire free special, so I also decided to replace the tires and go with the four-wheel alignment. I am very satisfied with the service. Adam also provided me with a loaner car that I used while my car was serviced. All in all 10 out 10 experience. Adam did a FANTASTIC job in explaining the details of each service item and reviewing the information with me before and after completion. Lastly, my key fob battery was low so Adam swapped that out for me as well. I highly recommend Infiniti of Kearny Mesa to any that really cares about the maintenance of their Infiniti.
Very very good experience at KM infiniti, as alwaystook my car in at 7:30 am for some rattling noise issue. Adam came out quickly to assist me as soon as I arrived, and within four hours, the problem (fan belt) was fixed. Very quick and efficient and courteous

An interesting experience. I had a warranty claim that the dealer stated was covered but the regional Infiniti rep declined. The dealer then told me they were powerless to overrule the regional rep. I then got jerked around by Infiniti Consumer Affairs with no solution. I then reached out directly to Infiniti senior management in TN and low and behold, the issue was fixed within hours and the dealer called me to bring my car in asap to get it fixed. Ultimately it was all taken care of but the dealer should have pushed harder on Infiniti Corp to get the same outcome I was able to by going up the food chain on my own. I unfortunately had to do their job for them and the result speaks for itself by me doing so.

I can not say enough good things about the customer service and care at Kearny Mesa Infiniti. I have been taking my car there since we purchased it. All of the customer service representatives are great but Adam the Boston guy is my goto person. He always looks out for my best interest and guides me. Within 30 minutes the team can usually tell me if the car needs to stay for a longer period of time and they immediately give me a loaner car. If not their is space to work without to much problem.

Normally I would give 5 stars, but 27 Apr 2021 I did not receive the service I normally get. I did not get the inspection report that normally comes after my oil change or my receipt. I was also not asked if I wanted normal or synthetic. When I go to the kearny mesa nissan dealership for service I am greeted at my car, used to be this way here but it seems like it is no longer the way now.
Even though I have a late model Infiniti, I always feel comfortable bringing it to this location for maintenance. Might end up paying a little more than some of the local auto shops, but peace of mind goes a long way:)
I like taking my car to the dealer for an oil change, but thats about it. The reps there are straightforward to work with. They do a good job doing an all around check on the vehicle. They also wash it every time which is nice. When it comes to the 30k/60k service, seems like a rip off to me. Ex. They wanted $280 to replace the serpentine belt. Anyone with a breaker bar and $30 belt off amazon could do it in 30 min.

I car dealers hopped in two weeks in San Diego area. Started at Escondido Infinity, Mercedes Benz its next door neighbor and Audi and Range Rover both at Miramar Road. Took a break for two days and visited Kearney Mesa Infiniti. Kearny Mesa was the WINNER . My salesman Was Dinh. Right of the bat, we connected. His friendly and willingness to listen and understand was what I was looking for. The former dealers auraWas suspect so I didnt waste my there and beat feet away. To make it short, I drove home a 2021 Luxe Infiniti SUV that really met and suit my fancy.DINH WAS SUPERB SINCERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEXT TO NONE. Darryl checked me in and took notes about what I was hearing and feeling in my SUV. It didnt take long for them to figure it out and let me know what the problems were and the severity. Darryl and Tom went over the several options for service (recommendations were excellent). We agreed on what was best and one was a lower cost option that made good sense. From there, it was smooth sailing, the SUV was fixed up in no time and I was on my way feeling great about the service.
After taking my previous car for some repairs I had trust with the quality and service & care I received.Recently (Monday 4/26/2021) it was time for a change and shopped for a Pre-owned car for now. Before purchasing it was agreed with Austin & the Manager Pete the two seat tears would be fixed, and interior detailed by Wednesday(Covid-19 Reasons).Austin confirmed. Wedesday arrived and it was not finished. I understand since Im busy myself. Then later on that day I called Isaac in Finance with a couple of questions to clarify. After I double checked and Issac also confirmed he had BOTH seats to be fixed and documented in paper.Thursday afternoon comes and by this time I can no longer get the car due to my responsibilities. We then agree for Saturday am. Saturday comes and my car is now delivered with only ONE seat fixed and the interior not even wiped cleaned. Kindly let Austin know its was agreed both would be fixed. Now Im being told the 2nd back seat tear will be an additional charge.VERY DISAPPOINTING as this is where my mother and daughter will be seating. This tear will easily get bigger over time. I ended up getting the interior detailed elsewhere before getting my mother.DISAPPOINTING, SAVE yourself a NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I would likely buy another Infiniti because of the amazing we service we get from their service center. My car just broke 100k miles. I have NEVER had a problem with it. I feel like the service team does their best to ensure I do the maintenance to keep my car working its best, without doing anything that isnt truly needed. Theyre always quick, efficient, and honest - the BEST thing you can get from an auto service department. THANK YOU Tom, Glenn, and Kearny Mesa Infiniti crew. Youre all amazing!

Kearny Mesa Infiniti and my Service Consultant, Darryl Hern are a great team. When I can make the time I will always have my OX70 serviced here. They are professional, courteous, and honest. They maintain constant communication with their Customers while in the Lounge. I own a Construction Company with several trucks and when we have our vehicles worked on we want the service provided to be correct the 1st time. I want my personal vehicle cared for the same way. Sean was great! When I dropped my car off he had me out of there in less than thirty minutes. He kept me updated on the status of my service and repair. I will be requesting him for my next service appointments.

Kearny Mesa INFINITI continues to provide the best service I have ever had. I got my car back today from the 105,000 mile service and not only did they complete the recommended service, they found three other service needs that were covered by my long-term warranty.
