I ordered from Paaz Jewelry Supply via amazon (they sell under Alpha Omega Sale). The package was damaged in transit (this happens). When I say it on the tracking and that it was being returned to them, I contacted them asking them to immediately send me a replacement. This was L&R Rinse, I was out, and you know how expensive it is. Paaz told me I had to wait until the claim they file with the shipper would be resolved. Several days later I contacted Amazon customer service who contacted them that I had canceled the order and they were to refund within 48 hours. Nothing. So I left them a bad review. And guess what, contrary to Amazon policy, the owner actually called me 10 minutes after I posted it, at 9PM!! He called and was belligerent, talking over me and not listening, and in the end when I told him that I was recording the conversation (completely legal in Utah) and that hed better refrain from calling me again, he told me F*ck you and hung up. Avoid this business at all cost.

Excellent customer service there at the shop. I bought some jewelry boxes and jewelry plastic bags for my business and they have great prices too. Love the owners and the employees are very helpful!!

I purchased a SmartPro Gem Eye I through eBay. I received the product super fast but the unit was not working properly. I contacted Paaz and they reassured me that they would take care of this. After explain the problem they provided me with a YouTube link that showed me how to calibrate the item. after a watching the video and calibrating the product it works wonderfully. So much better than having to return and item or having it fixed or replaced and all that back and forth. Im back up and running after a few minutes thank you guys.

Ive never left any bad feedback for any store, but this store definitely deserves one. When my ring was broken during a short vacation at San Diego, I googled nearby jewelry stores in hope for a quick repair. Our nightmare started at the moment when I walked in this XXXX Paaz store. When the fixed ring was returned, I noticed the diamond looked strange so I asked. They explained that it was caused by the new diamond positioning on the ring. When we pulled a picture of the ring from cell phone, every other customer in the shop confirmed the diamond on return ring was different, smaller size and different cut. Things got escalated immediately when the other customers stood by our side. One of the customers had to call police when the store manage and a young girl tried to push us out. Unfortunately, police could only report the incident but couldnt get my diamond back.I would suggest staying away from this store as far as you can. On the other hand, if you want to take chance to have your ring or vacation ruined, this will be a good place to be.

These guys are great! Theyre my one stop shop for jewelry supplies, and boxes. Compared prices and they beat the other supply stores. They even have a price match guarantee just in case. Thanks again!

Ordered some items online and they were not what I was expecting. I paid for the shipping to return to them and they refused to give me a full refund. called me a liar and saying I was playing games . I dont think Ive every dealt with a seller so unprofessional. that what we refunded is more than appropriate is what they included in a message to me. awful manners, very rude, the only seller Ive ever had an issue with on my history with Amazon.update : they even threatened me with legal actions because I had to file a claim through Amazon. over 12 dollars..... they threatened me...

I was looking for a machine to professionally clean my jewlery at home. Manny showed me the entire line of steam cleaners and ultrasonic machines. Most of the stuff was for professional jewelers, but there were a few for home use. He was very helpful and took the time to explain what I would need to know to properly use it at home and make my jewlery look great. Thank you!

My supplier in Los Angeles was out of stock of Yasui Platinum Investment, so I went on the interned searching for a new supplier. I found Paaz on Amazon and they had the Yasui in stock so I gave them a call. Sam was very helpful and I ordered one box and I got the item super fast. We now buy half of our supplies from Paaz

Last year I went to Paaz Jewelry Supply to purchase so supplies for my silversmithing class. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went back this year to purchase a jewelers bench and soldering torch. Saul was very helpful and showed me everything I would need and not need. Im so glad to have a place where I could see and touch the items instead of just looking at them on a computer. I will defenitly be back for one of thier double stack Durston rolling mills in the near future!!!

Purchased from seller via Amazon - machinery arrrived poorly packed and visibly dented. Paaz Jewelry Supply was rude and ceased communication after I sent photos of the damage, which they claimed not to see, and later called me a scammer on Amazon reviews. Eventually received a refund through Amazon, but would not do business with this company again.

Awful experience. Ordered a hand torch on Amazon from this seller, and they sent me a torch in a plastic bag, with oil lubricant and metal shavings in the nozzle. Also leaked oxygen. Company would not exchange product, and fraudulently called themselves an authorized Gentec distributor, even though Gentec says no such thing. Do do buy from this awful company. They even had the audacity to say that I ruined the torch on purpose, even though I did a package opening video, where I pointed out all of the flaws straight out of the package, like any smart consumer should do. Awful awful awful

So many unhappy customers with Paaz. They have the worst history of treating customers badly. They never honor warranty or assist with faulty products.Avoid Paaz is my advice
